Assam Hot Sauce

This is one of those 'I put it on everything' sauces. Perfect amount of heat, really enjoyable flavor. It's like A1 with spices and spiciness.

Taste great on chicken and chicken sandwiches. This will be my go-to for spicing up any chicken dish. I enjoy hot foods and this is plenty hot but not nearly enough to make you lose taste.

It reminds me of the dip served with rot canai, a south asian dish. it has a strong curry flavor. it's so so good. i dont think it's very spicy though, i found some of the 5/10s spicier, but that might be a person to person thing

Deliciously unique and complex flavor. Hot, but not as hot as other 7/10s I've had. Try it on pizza -- it pops!

It's a good amount of heat with great flavor. Prefer to use as a marinade than a dip. Brings out the flavor more.

Very cool to add some curry-flavored heat to any dish! A bit of a one-trick pony, but it does that one trick extremely well.

eh i dont know.. i got this because of the great reviews.. i like curry.. so I got it for that flavor..and so when you taste this sauce you truly do taste the curry...but for me there is something off about it. there's this acidic taste to it that hits you first then you get the curry.. so I was not a fan of that, I tried with several meals and it was just too much of it.
