Not as good as should be.
Not as well made and not strong enough flavors too sweet(sugar clumped on outside). Not familiar with Bayside brand . All in all ok if nothing else available would not order again.

Only buy this if you really love lemon
I was really disappointed because of the variety in this bag. I had 14 pieces that were mostly orange and then a few other flavors but the bulk of the candy was lemon (yellow) or lime (green). The candy was fresh but the variety was horrible. Like I said I had only 18 pieces that were not lemon or lime. Do you see that picture in their ad? Mine didn't look anything like that - no cherry, no grape, no blue, and no watermelon.

No, this candy absolutely did not meet my expectations! They taste like pure sugar, no fruit flavor whatsoever! Also, I mainly ordered them for making watermelon pies this summer, and there were no fruit slices that looked like watermelon, with a green rind and red fruit, although that is what was advertised. So, taste and visual appeal were not right. I really don't have any use for them as they are.
