I bought these for myself to manage light-to-moderate incontinence and was pleasantly surprised by how well they work. I'm a 36” waist and the Small/Medium size fits me perfectly—snug but not tight. The waistband feels like regular underwear, and it stays in place even when I'm moving around during the day. What really impressed me is the absorbency. It locks in moisture quickly and keeps everything dry and odor-free. I've worn them during long days out and even overnight without any leaks. They're also low-profile under clothes, which helps a lot with confidence in public. I've tried a few other brands, but these have become my go-to. They're comfortable, effective, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for anyone needing everyday protection without feeling bulky or obvious.

I've been wearing the assurance brand over night underwear for more than 10 years. They keep me dry all night as I'm incontinent. The assurance brand is hands down a better fit and more absorbent the the Depends brand. They cost nearly half as much as the Depends brand. Thank you for offering a superior product at a reasonable price.

I have had to have three surgeries on my rectal area. First two were for a fistula and the last was a hemorrhoidectomy. These are far better than trying to bandage that area and they have certainly helped with the unavoidable accidents due to muscle loss in that area. I have not tried the big name brands yet and probably won't because these work fine.

I bought these as my bladder tends to be different during the cooler months and when specially sitting out in the outdoors directly in the cold elements and they fit perfectly can definitely hold two smaller settings and maybe would hold a couple larger wettings. Obviously haven't tried a larger wetting yet but can definitely hold and absorb two small/medium wettings. Good product if you're looking for something like I was and is also discreet.intell obviously the core of the product gets soiled. Would recommend to anyone looking for something to use in the outdoors or something to use at night definitely holds the fabric for long day wear.

These disposable underwear are comfortable to wear for extended periods and have reasonable absorption. They don't challenge an actual diaper but are good for “single use”. We compare them to Depends Night Defense (for Men) and there isn't much difference, though we prefer the Assurance for fit and they are cheaper. We use these for road trips, concerts and sporting events where access to bathrooms may be delayed. Use the bathroom if you get there, or just do it! These can save many an embarrassing event though they will leak on occasion, especially when sitting down. Before you put them on roll them lengthways like a sausage in both directions. This will help open up the absorbent material after months in the package and speed absorption.

The brief fits well and easy to put on. I use these pretty much for daytime use as well as nighttime use, as they are very absorbent. I do wish the padding would come up further in the back for those bm accidents. As is, I usually need to change my husbands over pants because his bm pushes up and through the upper part of brief.

for its price range it does a pretty good job. it's not for a person with super incontinence, but does a good job for a medium incontinence person. this pull up it's like most other Pull-Ups, in that if you're using a diaper rash ointment containing any petroleum jelly in the ointment at times the elastic in the groin area kind of gets weak. this is the normal for most Pull-Ups even for some expensive ones. but all considered, think this is a good value!

They said on the package that the product had a note mentioning the front and back, I didn't see nothing, so I probably had them on backwards many times. They work for what you are doing. I should of picked the large size though. I think I am going to a brief style which will be easier to take on and off.

Was disappointed with the performance of this product. My husband normally uses Kroger brand unisex overnight but they were out of stock at the time I needed to purchase so I decided to try your brand for men overnight. They didn't contain the urine as well. I will not purchase these again.

The product is good but your shipping and handling charges makes them so unaffordable for the user who only lives on his small SSA monthly check. Actual postage charge would have been manageable but your location charge is so unbelievable. Stop your future shipment. Thanks.
