Unlocks randomly.
I didn't realize this lock would unlo9ck randomly until, I was sitting in my living room and heard it move. I looked, and there it was. My daughter had also noticed it on a different day. That's pretty scary if you ask me.

So sad
Could not be more disappointed. The mock shows error codes more then it works.

Initial Assessment
Very happy with the lock after a couple weeks of use. Upgraded from old z-wave locks that were over 6 years old and the firmware they had was no longer fully supported. The fingerprint option is a nice feature. Would be nice to add the ability to auto lock at a set time with the Yale app so you do not have to use a third party integration. Use of the fingerprint for reoccurring schedules would also be a nice feature to add.

Finger Print Sensor Fails
Fingerprint Sensor works 25% of the time. Often locks me out of the entire lock!

Having Issues with Biometrics Hardware
Their fingerprint function on the lock stopped responding after the first week of use. Secondarily, Ivory ordered product and a week later still don't have any confirmation of a shipping date.

Excellent Purchase
Easy to install, great instructions, works great! I only use Yale smart locks and this did not disappoint. The only thing I I would like to see is it connect with Samsung rather than just Apple Home.

Finally Found a Reliable Smart Lock
We've had 2 other smart lock brands and this by far is the most efficient and easiest to operate. The app integration works seamlessly with our iPhones and the fingerprint and/or lock entry way is great.

Nice lock
we are happy with the lock, we wanted the key lock but received the keyless lock... the installation was easy. only problem we have is with the stake plate now fully lining up we are modify it for a smooth locking. other than that we love the lock.

I ditched the keys and I'm never going back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and looks sleek on the door. I love being able to lock and unlock from my phone, and the auto-lock gives extra piece of mind. The touch feature can be a little inconsistent at times, but overall it's a great upgrade.
