i learned about this on a video. The price was right so I thought I would give it a run. I just began taking them last week so I'm not sure i have noticed any lasting benefits. However, my skin seems to have regained that sheen it used to have. My gastro system, which is temperamental, has calmed and become more regular.

I ordered astaxanthin to help with my dry eye condition. I'm using it in conjunction with hyaluronic acid and I have experienced a marked improvement. Also, I have noticed an improvement in some of my aches and pains in only 3 weeks. I understand it will take about 8 weeks-2 months for it to be fully effective. I will continue with this supplement. I take it with a meal containing some fat for maximum adsorption.

there's a little bit of a fishy taste one time but other than that it's easy to swallow and works just as well as any other brand I've tried over the past 10 years

So glad to find this product I think it works well the capsules are very small easy to swallow and the benefits from the fish oil are great

Price is good for the product. It's vitamins so sometimes takes a little while to get into the system.

I just received the item and have started taking it, but have not yet seen any results as I know this will take some time.

Both my son and myself tried it and first three days felt ok, after we felt weak and lightheaded We stopped and immediately went away. Be careful taking this you can end up in the ER. Not all supplements work.
