The knives are sharp which is areal pleasure when using. I haven't tried the attached knife sharpener yet, but it is handy attached to the knife holder. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and appreciate the ease of ordering and delivery by Walmart.

I got these knives for my boyfriend. He is the chef in our house. We love the quality and design. They are comfortable to hold. The black and stainless steel are a classic, clean addition to our kitchen. One warning… they are Extremely Sharp! I accidentally, barely touched my finger with the blade (the very first time I ever used one)- and it cut me good. My boyfriend also cut himself one of the first times he used them. We are not clumsy or careless… you just have to be Extra Careful! It only takes a light, minimal touch.

I love this knife set. Aesthetically pleasing to look at beautifully crafted.

Amazing knives for the price

The knives are very sharp. I did wish however that the block that held them was in the slanted position .

They feel cheap. There is no stainless steel stamp on them. They also feel really light weight which could be a good thing but the materials feel cheap. For the price maybe should be heavier. I have a hunch these will rust very fast and I will have to replace them within a year or so. I'll get back to you on that.

These knives were really pretty and I loved how small the block was and how it didn't stick out in my kitchen as an eyesore. I returned it though because he couldn't get the knives out with upper cabinets.

Damage 1 piece, hand knife broke.
