i love that you get all the things for sourdough start to finish. it comes with instructions on how to get a starter started, how to assemble your lame and baskets for your dough, bags for youe bread afterwards. I do however wish it came with more detailed instructions, mabey included a few recipies. Instructed folks on how to use their lame, or the stencils included, since it is a starter type kit.

Wanted to try making sourdough bread this was just what I needed to build my confidence. Took me a few tries to get it right but it was worth the effort.

I was pleasantly surprised everything was exactly how it was described. Will not be able to upload a picture because it's opened and in use already. For someone interested in sour dough it's the perfect starter, even perfect for all in one for people interested in making sourdough.

This box includes everything you need except for a Dutch oven or proper pan, to get started in your sourdough journey. Obviously you'll need to buy the ingredients, but this is a great start with all of the other tools you will need.

so i waitied awhile to review after i uaed it...well within the first few days the rubber spatula broke the tip piece off. all the measuring cups were marked with the wrong measurements. and handle broke when i use measuring cup!! the silicone mat started fraying on edges after a few uses. i love the bannetons they r made very well considering everything else is cheaply made!! and my dutch wisk thing broke recently after many uses. overall not bad for the money

I bought two of these as gifts. One of them didn’t have the oval banneton included. I wish they would just replace that because I already gave the person their gift but the only way they’re letting me get the item I paid for is to return the whole thing. I’ll update my review if I’m able to if they send me the oval banneton that I paid for.
