If you enjoy making your own bread this is perfect for beginners and seasoned bakers I’m a seasoned baker and I really love the kit yes it takes longer to make your sourdough starter but once you’ve made it you can make sourdough bread all the time I love making all types of bread
i love that you get all the things for sourdough start to finish. it comes with instructions on how to get a starter started, how to assemble your lame and baskets for your dough, bags for youe bread afterwards. I do however wish it came with more detailed instructions, mabey included a few recipies. Instructed folks on how to use their lame, or the stencils included, since it is a starter type kit.
Wanted to try making sourdough bread this was just what I needed to build my confidence. Took me a few tries to get it right but it was worth the effort.
extremely happy with this set. as a new sourdough baker i needed all the help i could get! great that new bread bags were included along with stickers. bread dough mixer probably best item in box. all in all loved this set!

Overall a great price and really quality product, however the measuring cups are a little flimsy so be sure to have a backup set just in case
I bought two of these as gifts. One of them didn’t have the oval banneton included. I wish they would just replace that because I already gave the person their gift but the only way they’re letting me get the item I paid for is to return the whole thing. I’ll update my review if I’m able to if they send me the oval banneton that I paid for.
