This machine comes with 6 preset mods which is great, you can select the mode as per your need or demand. Instant drink feature is great, you can get the drinks in less than 15 minutes. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect but this thing is actually really good. It's super easy to use — I just picked one of the presets and it basically does everything for you. The slush comes out smooth and not chunky or watery. I tried making a regular slush first and then milkshakes and both worked really well. The soft serve mode is actually pretty cool too, I didn't think I'd use that much but it came out nice. I also like that it has the auto rinse feature because I was worried cleaning would be annoying, but it's not bad at all. It's not super loud either which I was kinda worried about. Overall I'm really happy with it. Definitely worth it if you like frozen drinks at home.

Excellent machine!! Arrived quickly and well packaged (double boxed) with care- much appreciated. Easy to follow instructions - gave the canister a quick clean and had slushies made immediately following. Delicious! Can't wait to use this all summer / parties. Would definitely purchase this machine/ from this seller again. 10/10 recommend.

This item was broken right out of the box. I followed the instructions to let it sit on the coubter for a few hours (I left it overnight) to allow the fluids to settle. when i turned it on the next day, it would not work. i sent it back straight away.

Machine did not get to freezing temps to make ice cream, it continually overheated reaching over 80° when operating. Turning the ingredients of the ice cream ingredients into butter. The recipe was provided in the book that came with the machine.

Unfortunately the machine is not cooling the items. It actually warmed the soda and then displayed an error code. Now I will have to ship it back at my own expense. I was so hoping it would work for an upcoming party to serve soft ice cream. A little heart broke
