Astrodesigns Cardstock, White, 8.5" x 11", 74 lb./199 Gsm, 100 Sheets

I purchased this cardstock because the store I usually purchase cardstock was out of it. I like this cardstock. The cardstock is a heavier paper weight, making it more sturdy. It is selling at a price I can afford. I use this cardstock to make book markers that I donate to the local library. The cardstock glides thru my inkjet printer with ease. It picks up the ink nicely with no smearing or running. I use self adhesive laminate and heat laminating pouches. A layer of paper will tear if you place the self laminating adhesive and try to reposition it. The heat laminating sheets adheres really well. Shipping was fast and as promised. I will continue to buy this cardstock as long as it remains affordable.

There's so many uses for this stuff. It's not thin and it's actually completely white white. As you can see in the photo. I love this stuff.

When reading the reviews for this product, i expected a heavier cardstock, what I got was the same amount in weight as the atrosbrights cardstock. save your money for the cheap stuff and go for the the quality though it be a bit more expensive.

This is a nice card stock for printing bulletins or announcements if you would like to have something with a little weight more than just a sheet of paper. I do find that it lacks any kind of sheen or gloss. It has a very matte finish. A sheet of regular printer paper would have more of a gloss. It feeds well in laser printers. I didn't test it on an ink jet - it might not hold the toner as well because it has such a dull finish. I would buy it again, because it can be used for other things and it is economically a good buy.
