measure the length of the neck carefully. This item is well made but too small for my husband's neck. The strap barely went around and the collar is too high for his neck.

Not for side sleepers
Should have bought a better one. The fabric is rough and the sides are too high. I needed something to sleep in so I wouldn't hyperextend my neck. This brace is extremely uncomfortable and stay away from it if you are a side sleeper. It dug into the side of my face leaving my jaw sore.
