This is an amazing little laptop for daily use its not for the hard core user or gamer but it is perfectly suited to your average user with expandable memory a nice screens size and clarity its perfectly suited to most applications and running the latest windows makes it a fun easy and user friendly experience, i personally use it with HP-Tuners software for tuning vehicle's and programming ecm, tcm, fcm, and bcm's and it handles the data logging, file sizes and everything associated with ease speed and control.
I really like the color of the computer and I really love that it's just like the dell computer . I definitely would recommend it ☺️
Love this laptop and so far best one I have ever used! So much easier to use than any of the other laptop's and desktop computer's I have ever had or used.
It is the best computer I find for the price and it works better than I expected. The ASUS software monitor its performance
Good cpu wish it was spill proof, I messed it up with coffee spoil but that was my issue. Also the touch pad is super faulty because of the number pad on there.
This is a very conveniently sized laptop that should meet all of your needs. The USB ports and SD card slot make all of your media accessible.
This is a good Windows laptop for its price. The integrated number pad on the trackpad is innovative but can sometimes get annoying as you drag your finger to the corner that changes it into a number pad and launches the calculator. Good for single app processing, will struggle if you want to do too many things at one time. Storage of 64GB is also limited and will fill up fast. Overall a decent product for its price point of about $200. Would recommend for casual internet browsing or for word processing or other non intensive tasks.Lots of ports, including HDMI and USB-C (normal usb output only, nor charging or video). Lighted keyboard would have been nice, but does not come with one.
I purchased this product and have had problems with it about 8 months into purchase. The F1 f2 f3 etc keys started to stick about 6 months after purchase, every time I tried to do a Windows upgrade it would freeze my computer. I had to wait until I had a friend who was knowledgeable about computers to come over and help me before I could do a Windows upgrade on the computer. Each time I tried to register my computer I couldn't get past the page where I went into the serial number or it would never go, so therefore I could never get the computer registered otherwise it could have been possibly fixed by the Asus company. I understand that the upgrade with Windows and it freezing my computer is not an issue to do with the Asus manufacturer on the laptop itself but rather than the windows company being who is the one at fault with that issue. The mouse touch pad sensitivity level is waaaay to sensitive and I ended up having to purchase a mouse and keyboard to use instead because of the keys sticking on the laptop and the sensitivity level of the computer being too sensitive and I yes I adjusted the sensity level to the lowest setting and it didn't fix the issue Unfortunately I don't believe that I will be making another future purchase with the Asus company. I had been told that the Asus computers were great computers which is why I purchased it but have not had nothing but issues early on after purchasing.
The battery failed the day after my warranty was up
Window 10 crash. Can not get window 10 os to reboot, service Does not know where to get window 10 for customer. Talk to service just like talk to wall. Sad.
