ASUS - 2-in-1 14" Chromebook - Intel Core M3-8100Y - 8GB Memory - 64GB eMMC - Silver

This is my first Chromebook and I am very pleased. It is a great product and is very responsibly priced. I love all the features and speed. I am used to PC laptops am very impressed with the Chromebook. Chromebooks have great features and speed. This will not be my last Chromebook. Asus has a quality product.

Yes, it's an older version with an older chip, but it is fast, has a crisp screen and a thin bezel so that 14" can fit in a 13" size, and is light in weight. While the letters on the keys would benefit from being darker, and the backlight could be a bit brighter, this is mostly easy to overlook. The storage is adequate, since I store most everything in the cloud anyway. It's an attractive laptop/tablet, and zips along with my work. I like this device very much and expect it to last for quite some time.

I bought a different touch screen and it lasted 8 years. It was loaded windows 10. That is why I bought a chromebook from them. I just love their products.

Fast as a rocket! Love the processing speed with the 8G buss. The screen is beautiful with graphics that pop. My only complaint is that the keyboard is impossible to read in most lighting conditions. Perhaps ASUS can come up with a keyboard cover made of a thin membrane material with a light blue, green or red tint to cover the keys and make them easy to read?

It's a nice device, quick, great display and versatile with decent battery life and quick charging. The keyboard could be a little better, it's a little squshy, but not terrible. The problem I have is that a lot of the programs are simply not available on Google Play store. No matter how good a device is, it's useless if it can't run the applications you want/need. Microsoft RDP, not available for instance. Some apps like RDP have alternatives, but others are very specific.

There's no delete button I can't down load anything I need but that last one is kind of my fault for buying a chromebook I just didn't know nothing downloads to it there's only one USB port which I also hate

I am so disappointed that there is No instructions on how to set up and use. I have tried to get manual download from Asus website and could not. I am So frustrated with my purchase.

t's an empty shell of a computer. What's the deal with Google Operating System? Compatible with almost nothing...specially printers. And don't forget external hard drives, almost all are not compatible! Computer stores and sites on-line have little to recommend, suggest or offer. It is a distant third or worse against iOS and Windows. I honestly wish I never bought it. Biggest mistake ever.

This is the most unreliable laptop have probably ever bought. It was a Christmas present for our daughter who needed it for school. It worked great at first, but we're less than 2 months in and it's already broken - it said the OS was bad and needed to be reinstalled. We took it to two local shops who said they fix ASUS products that are under warrenty but they couldn't fix it. Now we have to send it back to ASUS for repair, and they're even making us purchase the shipping label. I'm extremely disappointed. My daughter needs this for schoolwork, and now we have to find an alternate way to have her do her work until this gets fixed, if it even can. I would think long and hard before ever buying another ASUS product.

This Chromebook quit working after less than 2 weeks and the seller took an unusually long time to process a refund after returning it. Ended up buying a different brand.
