First there were pieces missing, namely the magnets to hold on the "shades", not a good start. I connected to my PC so I could at least update the firmware. My PC has multiple monitors, connecting the glasses screws up the layout and all your icons end up in the corner of one monitor. Annoying, but I wasn't intending to use it with the PC. When connecting straight to a firestick (via adapter) the image is messed up but the sound works. I managed to "trick" the glasses by using an HDMI splitter and letting the TV drive. The image then works ( and is pretty good !) . The sound was messed up though, I set the FireStick to PCM and although the sound is pretty poor quality it did work. I called ASUS support but that was a waste of time. I still haven't decided whether they should get these back and wait till they finish the software.
