ASUS C423 Chromebook, 14" Intel Celeron N3350, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC, Chrome OS, Silver Metal, C423NA-WB04

I ordered this laptop for my children to access their school work, needed another laptop. This one is perfect for their school work needs. The battery life is excellent! Lasts all day long and then we charge overnight. The screen size is perfect, it's light weight, we're very happy with it. Have had for 2 weeks and no complaints.

My 13 year old Laptop died and I was desperate to get back onto the internet. I found that Walmart had a reasonably priced PC. I bought the ASUS Chromebook which was scheduled to be delivered on Monday, but it came Saturday, two days ahead of schedule. My old PC was 17" but this new computer is only 14", which has been an adjustment. I used a wireless mouse on my old PC, and when I plugged it in to ASUS, it immediately worked, no setup required. It was easy to get started. Within minutes I was able to get online. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

It's a great laptop. I was looking for one for the kids homeschool and for me to use for Zoom but all the laptops are so expensive if they have better specs for RAM and SSD and all of that stuff I don't fully understand. I saw this one on sale and was very afraid I would be buying a brick basically but so far it been really good (as it should be since it's new). It's very light but doesn't feel flimsy. Once out of the box, the updates were installed and then I set up our Google account. I have only downloaded Zoom and one other app. Everything else is online for us. I'm hoping it won't be a waste of money in the future. I've seen some reviews that say their laptop just refused to power on. For now we are instructing the kids to be very careful when handling. We'll have to see.

This little Chromebook is a powerhouse! The screen and keyboard, are way bigger than I expected. The screen gives a very clear picture too. Talk about some clear speakers? Oh my goodness, it has them non muffled type of speakers. The sound is super clear, almost like in a little movie theater. That camera gives the most clearest picture I have ever seen

Light weight and slick. I love that it's not heavy. I also like the screen size. My only complaint is the speakers. They're on the bottom of the laptop. So if ur sitting with the laptop on ur lap then it muffles the sound. And the sound all together isn't that great. When I'm watching YouTube the laptop makes the video sound almost far away. Other than that I like it.

Below average. Didn't even own this for a full year and it stopped charging. Bought a new Cord to see if that helped. Nothing. The keyboard and numbers randomly stopped working and got a wireless mouse and keyboard for it. It's a good deal but not if it doesn't even last a year. Disappointed

We purchased this computer in September. Less than two months later the screen is black when we turn it on and when I did the recommended steps to troubleshoot the problem it takes me to the login to Google screen where I add my credentials and then the screen goes black again. This computer has never been dropped and has been kept in excellent condition. This computer did not meet my expectations and I have had trouble contacting Walmart to figure out what I can do to resolve this issue. I will not purchase another Asus computer. We actually purchased two and I'm in fear the second one will crash any day.

Bought 2 of these for the kids not knowing about Chromebook. These should be in a different category from laptops. Kids were extremely disappointed when they couldn't play games on the devices. Nothing more than a glorified phone screen with a keyboard.

The Screen on this unit is about as bad as they come. If you are watching video and not sitting directly straight on from the screen, you can't make out the image at all. Even when you are straight on there is still a black halo around all corners. I was shocked that in our modern days that a screen this bad could even exist. I am really not happy with this chromebook and it dosnt even preform better then my 8 year old Toshiba that is was going to replace. I will be returning this item due to the overall performance and visuals it has.

Got this for my daughter to use during at home school during “hunker down” period. She used it twice for a maximum of one hour and it stopped working. Wouldn't hold a charge and then stopped charging. Returned and purchased diverging ekse from another store.
