Outstanding Chromebook. Easy to set up, very responsive, screen is bright and easy to adjust. The battery life is very good, averaging eight hours of normal use before needing a recharge. A vast improvement over my HP 14 G4, even if they do share pretty much the same hardware.

Purchased this computer a few days ago since I needed a smaller carry around than my older and heavier laptop. Light, fast, less expensive made this choice necessary. Getting used to using this type of computer takes a bit of time, but it appears to be worth the effort. If certain "other" programs or applications can work from this OS, it could make my "selling" much easier.

My 2nd Asus laptop over the years. Changing to Chromebooks a few years ago, thought I'd come back to ASUS for this 14" Chromebook laptop. Enjoying the lightweight, 180 degree opening top, backlit keyboard, sleek design, great screen visuals, speaker sound, and ease of use. Overall great laptop!

It is a good device, even with the limited capabilities it provides acceptable performance. After 10 months of use it began to have failures, I immediately contacted the technical support department, they validated the serial number and the information that I provided and started the process for the repair as it was still under warranty. Both the customer service department and the technical support department were amazing, they really have highly qualified staff who in just a couple of minutes resolved the situation and made me feel fully supported by a serious and honest company that takes care of its customers.

I bought this a couple months ago for my home business and it absolutely is perfect for me! Not a lot of extra fluff, just a business laptop and it needs all my needs. The only thing I do not like is there isn't a right click option on the touchpad but I can easily plug-in a mouse and use it perfectly! Very happy with my purchase as it is my first laptop!

This was my first big girl purchase, as a mother and a new wife, and between working so much, I've had this desire to change careers and go back to school. This Chromebook has helped me so much with it's great screen quality, long lasting battery, sleek edging and nice specs. Overall I think I made a pretty good choice, this was the first thing I've ever actually bought for myself since having my daughter

I bought this Asus chromebook for my 16 year old daughter and she loves it. She can watch all her videos and surf the internet with ease. You can't beat the price for such a quality chromebook. I bought an Asus Vivobook for 3 times the price and the quality on this chromebook is very similar.I am receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for this feedback.

I bought this laptop 2 weeks ago to help keep organized at work and to have a device that accepts browser extensions. It works great for what I need it for, it doesn't have any feature that I don't need. I've always trusted ASUS as a brand and as a company. This laptop is as high quality as all the others that ASUS puts out, and at a great price as well!

This Chromebook is slower than my husband's HP with similar specs and the same price. Also, when I go to register on the Asus site, I can't create a new account as the webpage only displays "Sign Up" with nothing to click on or spaces to type in. If Asus can't get it's website right, I'm wondering about its product.

Ive had my computer about 2 months. I cant see the keys at night. They are black with white letters. My last computer had white keys. This is a real problem for me. Can you help? This is my 3rd Asus computer. I love everything about them except the keys.
