The tower is working great!! We have not had any issues with it. My 15 year old son loves it. The speed is awesome and storage is more than what we would use. I am happy with the purchase. I just hope it continues working like it is now.
Bought this desktop to replace an existing ASUS that was AT LEAST twelve years old so I trusted the brand. This has yet to be verified, but I feel it will most likely be the case. However, be aware that the primary drive space is limited...a spec I overlooked in the purchase. The primary drive, which is a solid state drive, does not have enough space for all the pictures and videos I had stored on my previous computer. Thankfully, I have an external drive for a backup that I could use until I was able to salvage the 3.5" HDD from the previous computer to use as a secondary drive. I also am adding two more USB ports to the rear that already has four (also four on front) to accommodate the external hard drive and an external optical drive (since there was no installed optical device) to keep the "mess" of cables to the rear. Overall, I'm pleased, especially with the size, and most likely would not have changed my purchase even if I had paid attention to the drive size. Just would have ordered the optical drive and HDD cables with the PC.
It was exactly as described and runs efficiently.
Easy to set up and use. I did have a question after I set it up. It was easy to Google customer service and I got to speak to a person in minutes. That makes this a great company. Glad I tried a new company.
It's only been a few weeks but so far so good. Great deal for it.
The pic is misleading. This desktop pc does NOT have a DVD drive. I purchased this pc on Black Friday so by the time it was shipped and I set it up, it was too late for me to shop for another great deal and look for a desktop tower with a DVD drive. I had to purchase a monitor cable separately (online) to be able to hook this desktop pc up to my big screen, HDMI monitor so that created another issue, and I had to wait another week before I had the proper monitor cable.
couldn't download printer old/bought new one because drivers were shut off and hp charged $120 to fix
Comes with keyboard and mouse but without the adapters from usb to ps2. Can't even see if it is dead on arrival, must wait until adapters are shipped. Not Walmarts fault but ASUS!
the computer is junk, freezes up multiple times daily had it for a month and still happening. Had to return think twice before buying this computer.
Pick up time was 2-3. Got a text at 2 that order was delayed. Got message at 2:20 that it's ready. Pulled in to pick up area at 3:25 and still waiting. Called the number on the sign and got told “It's Black Friday. What do you want me to do.” If I had never had this experience here I wouldn't post this on Black Friday, but this happens to me every time I pick up here. I won't do it again. Y'all need to get it figured out. IMO 30 minutes is too long to wait after you're told your order is ready.
