Easy to hold, weight is leaser comparing Microsoft controller, RGB light is attractive and quality of the key pads are good. Additional 4 keys can be mapped only to limited pre defined controller functions , we can’t map the keyboard keys to these buttons
Good controllor and easy to set up but despite being "Xbox-licensed," it only works on Xbox consoles via wired connection. The wireless modes are strictly for PC and mobile.Despite being "Xbox-licensed," it only works on Xbox consoles via wired connection. The wireless modes are strictly for PC and mobile.
Nice controller lighter then a normal xbox controller though. The back buttons could be better and extended slightly further there not exactly easy to get to with out trying and it still requires me to have slightly move off the main buttons to use them. The oled is a nice feature to add a little flair to your gaming setup could be better with a full color display instead of a black and white pixelated one in my opinion. It also feel slightly different any layout kinda way from an a xbox one could just be me though but i dont think its an exact 1:1 mold after the xbox controllers. All in all though im happy with my purchase and price for it isnt to bad in my opinion.
Comfortable, would be nice if the display could show in game data. Found bluetooth and WIFI to have intermittent glitches where the controls detect an input when the analogs aren't being used. Buttons are ok, yet slightly lagged. Cable - everything works as expected.
The controller is very light , great to hold and has 4 additional customisable triggers. Had a small lcd screen to show battery power and lots of customisations. Battery life was good 👍.
I like the controller but it acts like it’s lost connection mid game and will strafe right really fast at random causing a lot of issues in game I’ve tried messing with settings and can’t get it to stop if those two things weren’t there this thing would be perfect
Seems to be good controller.can't get it to sync with the app to use the back buttons.just bought it and went to see for warranty and it already says it's expired.
The problem I have with this controller is in order to sync it with your laptop you have to plug it in, yes ok BUT it doesn't store the sync so you have to do it EVERY TIME you use it!! Meaning it's hardly a wireless controller all. Oh and the back paddles get in the way, it all feels very plastic-e and the LCD panel is a waste of time Therese only a handful of designs and not one that has the actually ROG logo!! And lastly the lighting is so basic it's just two strips that don't add much to the effect. I wasn't going to write a review as I love Asus products and didn't want to slag it off, but they just kept emailing me and emailing me asking me to do a review so here you are. Don't buy it, it's not worth it at all, it's a cheap controller made to make you think it's a pro gaming one, it's not. If that's what you want get a Microsoft XBox Elite Controller
Disappointed with this overpriced controller 2hichbhas a cool little screen that isnt useful and doesnt even have a dedicated armory crate button. Whish i could get my money back and buy a elite zbox controller which has better features..
The controller design is best looking. The first one I had, the screen stopped working in two weeks. The second one I bought while the other was in RMA stopped working when I updated it. Contacting support they had no software to send me, I cant reinstall the firmware from AC.
