Being someone who grew up with old Apple II, IBMs, and Condor64s, this keyboard feels and sounds like the good rugged keyboard of the 80s and 90s. After having been on laptop-style keyboard for much of the last 20 years or so, going back to the chunky keys has been a bit of an adjustment, but one that I welcome. Love the customization, the subtleness of the RGB, and the ease of connectivity. The fact that it does not take up a gross amount of desk space is a huge plus as well. Rated 4 stars because I don't believe that 5 star ratings are real...it is not a life-changing keyboard...but it IS a darn good one!

The keyboard itself is a 5*. Solid build, excellent switch response, and incredible battery life. However the software for customizing the keyboard functions and lighting is just bad. With good accompanying software this keyboard would be one of the top keyboards I've used.

The keyboard has been pretty neat! Love the design and engineering that went behind it. Iv'e had a terrible experience with the ASUS marketing bundle offer for resident evil game. Also combined with support constantly trying to push me back and rage bait all the time.

Nice keyboard, but the recommended GEAR software does not work. Armoury Crate itself will see the Dongle and the Keyboard, GEAR does not. Wasted a lot of time to install, remove, both Asus suites of software, over and over again, to no avail. If looking just for a wireless/BT/wired keyboard, enjoy, but skip the software. This all on a new A18 TUF laptop that I am still not 100% happy with yet. Always changes what happens when you close the display, after being set to stay on. I'm leaning to more of the power issues being caused by the MyAsus suite. Time to delete it all.

I've been using the ROG Strix Scope II 96 for a while now, and it's easily the best pre-built keyboard I've owned. The 96% layout is a game-changer—you get the Numpad without losing all your desk space. The typing experience is incredibly smooth. The switches feel premium and the sound dampening is excellent; it has that deep, "creamy" sound right out of the box with no metallic ping. The multi-function wheel is super tactile and actually useful. If you want a high-end keyboard that doesn't require immediate modding, this is it. 5/5.

Love the feel of the keys! Backlight options are pretty much infinite. Wouldn't mind on option for a full size keyboard just like it.

This is hands down the smoothest typing experience and gaming experience I have ever had. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking to upgrade their gaming experience.

this is very nice, as an architect and gamer, this keyboard is perfect for both things. its very comfortable for playing games, and do architecture plans.
