ASUS Strix Z590-I Gaming WIFI replaces ASUS P5E3
I have officially stopped using my amazing ASUS P5E3 Deluxe/wifi and traded up. I built that board up in 2007, 15 yrs. ago. Hard to believe it ran Win 10 so well. The ROG Strix Z690-I Gaming WIFI system has been the perfect upgrade. It's fast, quiet, smaller and fits perfectly inside the white Thermaltake Snow case. If anyone is interested, I could share more information on what components I chose to include on the build. Hard to believe the P5E3 lasted do long, ASUS quality never goes out of style.

Mini ITX Mobo
I went with this form factor as I wanted something small. Has integrated wifi which removes that hassle, two ssd, many usb ports. Good gaming mobo that supports up to 14th gen LGA 1700 intel processors, but im getting a 12th gen for this build.

Great board that basically set itself up. The wi-fi on this board is awesome. Everything was up to date. Don't let the size fool you, this board can do it all

This was the perfect motherboard for the Fractal Terra case. Full featured and high performance. No issues at all bringing it up.

Small compact and with a big punch
. The dogs roundies just one small problem the M2 slots are bugger to get working especialy the 2.2 slot, some not all PCIE cards don't seat right and so need jiggling to get them seen in the bios.

Not a motherboard, I would suggest
The motherboard keeps on not identifying the Nvme placed in the M.2_2 slot. Making it so frustrating that every time I need to do the cold restart and remove the heat sink and replace or reset the hard drive. It's worst motherboard I have ever got.

Board is OK… Support is the worst in the industry
This is my second board after the first one did not load both NVME drives. My new one is having thunderbolt port issues. The card… when it works… is fine. The support and communication between ANYONE in support is the worst I have ever experienced.

Mobo incapable of running PCIE at Gen 4
Throws up many WHEA errors in Windows 11 whenever PCIE is set to Gen 4: including GPU slot, M.2_1 and M.2_2 slots. Even with latest BIOS v 1003.
