This motherboard is excellent in features and quality. I've been building PC's with ASUS products for 30 years and am consistently very pleased with their reliability and quality. And I love the aesthetics of the ROG STRIX series. This is my 6th in the series

Plenty of m.2 and usb ports for all your expansion needs. Ai overclocking is intuitive and effective. Running my 12700k at 5.2 boost, 5.0 all p core and 3.8 on e cores amd vrms are barely 60c. The board is verynice to look at, and the extra sound quality and customization offered by the upgraded Realtek 4080 chipset is a nice touch. For such a feature rich board, and given the generally high price of z690 boards, 350 is a good price for this one. I'd love it even more if it had a debug panel for the money, but that's the only gripe i can think of. If you want a premium alder lake build without paying out the nose to beta test ddr5, this is the board you want.

Very solid board with good features plenty of storage options and great IO, the bios is extensive but intuitive and the ai overclock actually gives some decent results for those who dont want to tinker too much on their own. if you do though the addition of a bios reset on the rear IO is a welcome addition. Looks are subjective but I think it's a good looking board with ample RGB if that's your thing.

I bought this motherboard with really on though in mind. And that was that is white. But let me tell you I got way more than I expected. Super easy layout. Every thing is right where you need it to be only con I would say is for the custom water cooling people is that you need a small water block. As mine didn't fit so I had to trim mine down.

If you want overclock or want the AI to overclock and run Ram sticks like G Skill Intl F4-4133C19-8GTZR 8GB at is full rated XMP speeds please get this Motherboard is just click and play just make sure to update to the latest Bios Of course My i9 12900K is at 55000 OC on all Cores stable on first try in adaptive voltage 1.3600 @LL 4 / SP 88 Cooler Kraken Z73 side Push pull exhaust with default fun and Be quiet Light wings everywhere 13 to be exact

Excellent ROG Strix motherboard. Very happy and pleased with the design and layout. Would have preferred back panel as standard as the solder joints are very sharp and can bite into your fingers. Overall design and layout are very well done. Love the heat sink covers around the CPU socket, the built in IO shield, PCIex release button and the simple m2 ssd turn nob to hold down to secure it instead of a screw. Another reason is it's designed for the DDR4 ram. Brilliant and highly recommended

Would be 5 star, but the armoury crate required for many things like RGB, is terrible software. Poorly designed, poorly implemented, poor functionality. Even just trying to set up RGB is horrendous, can't unselect the Motherboard to setup other things. If you try to have them different they just don't load on boot etc... Fix this and it's a 5 star product

While the board is good, the onboard NIC is crap. For me, it stopped working after a few weeks, I had to do a full power-cycle to reset it. I RMA'd it, but since I needed the computer I purchased another identical board to replace it. Same thing happened to the new board. I ended up getting an external USB-C NIC which works fine

I bought two of these off NewEgg that were brand new. Both would not work out the box. Kept on getting a DRAM light. I changed RAM, CPU's, flashed the Bios 3 times, nothing. Probably the most garbage motherboard. And when I looked up reviews, mad people were having the same issue.

The board and the AI features that comes with it are cool and all. But, everytime I shut my system down in the night and turn it on in the morning, It doesn't turn on for couple of minutes. The red QLed will flash for few cycles and I have to turn the power on and off few times for the system to POST. I don't quite know why. But I have been facing it and I need to know why this happens.
