Excellent for the $199 price, super bright screen (have to turn it down to 75%) runs Win11 and Office flawlessly. Nice and light and got almost 4hrs battery on constant use. The charger is nice and small too. Backlit keyboard a plus. Should satisfy most people's needs, unless you need to do some heavy video editing or are a gamer.

Well i ordered the laptop expecting a basic laptop well what i got was more then that it does very well on what i need to do and handles programs with ease i have not had any issues with any program i have tried to run so far and the screen and size are a bit smaller then i am used to but the compact size fit nicely in my back pack and case easy to carry

At this price point it is nice to get a laptop with a FHD (1920x1080) screen and a backlit keyboard. The touchpad that doubles as a numeric pad is a nice touch as well. Everything works as it should display has good brightness and sharpness. The speed of the laptop is rather surprising having only 4GB RAM; it opens programs quickly and I did not notice any stuttering with Windows 10S mode. The Asus is easy to upgrade with a 8GB DDR4 Ram slot available. Very pleased with this computer.

This laptop is budget friendly and can handle basic functions like word, email, simple online searches. Here are my pros and cons of this laptop: CONS: Short battery life Camera (just buy an external camera) Cannot handle live video (MS Teams/Skype) Display is … meh Slow OS, but usable Number pad on the mouse - kept accidentally turning on PROS: Less than $300 Light weight Very quiet Backlight keyboard 1 USB C, 1 HDMI, and 3 USB A ports Number pad on the mouse - cool if needed, annoying if not Easy to set up Overall: I’d give this laptop a 4 of 5 stars, it gets the (basic) job done and is easy to carry around. If you need to write a paper, respond to emails, pay bills online, run google searches - this device is GREAT for you. If you need to stream content, play games, make video calls, or have multiple apps/browsers open - this is NOT the right device.

laptop seems fine. after few weeks i am still not able to connect my printer HP Laserjet 3330 multifunction. tried everything nothing work. i will try one more week and after that i am done. i will return the laptop. my wife and i we bought new laptop at the same time. my wife got and HP and me an ASUS. as soon as i connected the printer in her laptop, the laptop recognized the printer and she was set. no problem. me, with my ASUS after 2 weeks and still cannot connect to the laptop. at the first attempt, and still now, the laptop do not see the printer. downloaded the drivers from HP using app HPSmart and nothing. so i think i will return the ASUS and get the same laptop as my wife. both laptop are the same price. i just wanted a smaller laptop.......

I haven’t even ahead this computer for a week yet, got it as a birthday gift, and the screen went black everything works but the screen and I have to hook it up to an external monitor to see the screen!! And I don’t know how to fix it. Not a happy customer😕

I have had this laptop for just over a month and have only used a few times. The display is now all black and a hard reset will not fix it. I will be returning this item ASAP.

When I log into myasus, it states my warranty has expired. Purchased on 12 Nov 2022 and it is already expired?? I have been trying to resolve this by online chat - sent email of purchase - this email from you states recent purchase - why warranty still expired.?????
