3 months after buying Dell Inspiron 15, my life turned into nightmare, Support software never worked, 1 year Warranty ended in 6 months, No replacement option, online support could not make it work. I bought ASSUS Vivobook. The difference is as sharp as Night and Day. It start with the quality of the keyboard, easy and detailed, even in dark you can see the keys without backlight, software, made setup of Windows easy, MY ASUS support software is up to date, diagnoses and keep computer up to date, working smoothly. Interaction with ASUS Support nicely setup, working without bothering. I only have bit problem with touchpad interaction with pointer appears like slight delay causing problem my precise need in charting, but probably I can adjust it. So far I am happy with ASUS, It is obvious that they value their product and consumer. I would not think buying other brand.
Lovely machine with good features but its been a long time since I bought a new lap top, i found it complicated to set up. I'm not tech savvy, just the basics
