New Flip Phone
I could not find a new flip phone anywhere for me 93 year old mother, so this worked out great. Exactly what I needed for her. Thank you.

Dependable, convenient, easy to use
I still love this phone! It's sturdy, has plenty of functions, including email and internet. Reception is great with or without blue tooth. Fits in any small pocket, and if I lose it, it's rediculously inexpensive to replace. Just a great product!

Great for elderly folks!
I bought this for a gift for my mom. She seems to be enjoying it but I don't use it for myself. She just needed something for the upcoming change in networks.

Trouble getting it connected
It took taking the phone to the AT%26T store to get it to work. Just putting the SIMS card in didn't work.

Dead Battery
I received the phone on time and it worked great, but the battery wouldn't charge. I sent a message to the seller and have not heard back. I had to order a replacement battery before my mom could use the phone. I'm still waiting to see if it will charge.

BEWARE - Not an unlocked phone
Bought this for my elderly mother. Phone seems very well made and has large buttons with a nice screen. The problem is that my mother has a very inexpensive phone plan with a SIM card that we wanted to use with this phone. The SIM operates on the AT
