Arrived quick! Easy instructions and so easy to put together. It took about an hour for my daughter and I to put together. Definitely worth the $$!

This fireplace had easy to follow directions and was not complicated to put together. It is not very noisy and the heat from the unit helps to warm up the living room.

A little shorter that expected

i never received the fireplace. the tracking was inconsistant. tracking still tells me it is transit in the city i live in. when i finially reached customer service he told me that when the tracking is so inconsistant the customer rarely receives their order. the item i ordered on December 3rd at time of purchase it said three days to delivery. once i hit place order it said December 22nd delivery... still waiting. the fireplace was a Christmas gift. i had a couple different chat sessions and they said because the item wasnt late that they couldnt help me. If it doesnt arrive by January 2nd contact us. If someone would have been honest upfront i could have cancelled order and my MIL would have received her gift. Very disappointed with the entire situation.

Took me approximately 1-1/2 hrs to put this together. It was easy and straightforward . I was excited to have this in my room. I wanted to test the flame and heat . Sadly it will be returned as the firebox turns off after being on for 2-3 min .
