Once you have practiced and get used to swinging your bat with this weight on it your bat will feel light as a feather. It does feel like a lot at first and you will feel it in your shoulders the next day. So plan on using it every two days at first then switch to every other day until you can do it every day. You have to work up to it. Once you have though you will be hitting a lot further than you were just watch. Also don't leave it in your bag all the time, it does add a bit of weight to it.

This weighted bat sleeve is amazing!! We have 2 that play baseball and it seems to really help them when practicing! We have seen lots of improvement on batting since using this weighted sleeve. It's small enough to store in their bat bag and so easy to slide on and off of theirs bars. This has been such a great product to have to improve batting skills for our kiddos!

New addition to my collection. Its a medium weight sleeve for basball bat. And it keeps the player warmed up during wait time. And takes little time to get used too of it. It helped my 11 year old nephew increase strenght and speed he was hesitant at first to use it but in a little time he got used to of the weight and enjoyed using it. According to him it made him feel stronger and he had better hits with the sleeve. I would buy it again and would recommend it.

This is a nice weight I've used it a handful of times and personally think this is going to help my swing. Not to heavy but highly effective I've noticed also it help helps to balance your swing as well. Off your looking to strengthen your game you should definitely pick one of these weights up you'll be happy you did.

This bat sleeve will fit a large amount of bats, from little league to senior league. I'm not sure what senior league is, but it said it on the bat and it fit. It also fit on a fast pitch softball bat, however it sits so low on the bat, that I wouldn't recommend it. The weight feels appropriate for youth on up. The rubber material should protect any bat from scratches. This should work well for most baseball bats and maybe some softball bats.

My daughter is in 14u softball and this is perfect for strengthening her bat swing. She puts this on her bat and practices with it before she hits. With the added weight on the sleeve, once it is removed it allows her to swing faster. It fits her bat perfectly and I would recommend to other softball or baseball players who want to improve their bat swing.

It's nice, but when the older guys tried it, it would slide up and down the bat. Maybe it was the bat, not sure. My nephew tried it. And it work great for him, he's going on 12. So he thought it was pretty cool, and enjoyed swing the bat during a family gathering.
