Good upgrade
There's two difference between this and the older wooden kind - this has extra nubs on each roller that adds to loosening your muscles, and it is just a little bit shorter. So good to use on the back and shoulders after a long gaming session.

manual back massager, works best.
Is easy to use, easy to take with you. You can use it on parts of your back etc. without help, unlike the a lot of the new massagers. Love it , and it doesn't break the bank to buy it.
