Athletic Works Golf Range Finder with Carry Case IPx2 Waterproof Measures to 500 Yards 6X Magnification

I got this for my husband. It works really well and is light enough to carry around. My husband has taken it out on many a golf trip which I'll his friends. Makes it easy to find your ball and measure the distances. Pretty handy gadget to up your game!

Good budget rangefinder, some of these can get really pricey. We didn't have Any issues finding yardage to pin under 200 yards and it was very consistent. I would recommend this to someone who golfs regularly and doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a range finder

The Mulligan Precision Range Finder is a nifty little device to determine how far you are from on object that is between 5 and 500 yards away. Just look through the viewfinder and point at an object, press the power button and the distance to the object appears right in the viewfinder itself – like a heads-up display. Redirect it to another object, press the button again and get a new reading. The viewfinder has a 6x magnification. It is super easy to use – “users manual” is one side of one page. You will figure out how to use it in a minute or two. There is a separate “mode” button that will rotate the current mode between one of three different settings – Continuous Scan Mode, Golf Mode, and Speed Detection Mode. Continuous scan mode just shows the distance to whatever you are pointing at. Golf mode includes a flagpole lock, and will show a computed angle and arc range to help with you golf stroke. The Speed Detection Mode computes and displays the speed of an object. There is an adjustable eyepiece focus that allows you to get the image in perfect focus. The unit come with a nice black carrying case (see picture), with a belt loop so you can ware it in your belt or whatever. It also comes with a wrist strap (lanyard) and a cleaning cloth. It claims to be waterproof (IPX4), but I haven't used it in wet conditions yet. It works off of two AAA batteries (NOT included).

Was so excited to receive the precision rangefinder, but not for golf! I actually thought this would be perfect for hunting as well. You can tell exactly when. Animal is within range of shooting! This is so easy to use. Just add batteries, push the button and aim. It would be ideal in the golf course as it's designed for and would be easy to see the numbers, it is a little more difficult to see the cross hairs and numbers on darker locations like the woods. But it works well and is easy to use. Would recommend

The Mulligan Golf Range Finder works perfectly! It comes with a small pouch. When you point it near or far, the golf range finder shows you the range inside the lens. This looks like a binocular but with one lens to give a better example. It is very lightweight and is not a bother to carry around when playing golf. I tried this several time's from far just to see if it was accurate and it was. It tells you the exact range. It also adjusts to whatever it is you are pointing it at. The purpose of this product is to see the distance that you shot the ball, the distance to the tee, the distance to the hole. It also measures the distance from where the ball lands to the hole to know what clubs you are going to use. This is a very good product that I highly recommend.

This is perfec sizet to put in my golf bag. Most range finders I have used, dont go very far. This one goes to 500 ft. Its perfect for playing that spot on game.

The Mulligan Precision rangefinder comes with the rangefinder, lanyard, user manual, carry bag, and a cleaning cloth. The rangefinder is light, compact, and easy to hold. It comes with an instruction manual that is one page and easy to read/use. The finder fits very well in my hand. You are able to adjust the focus of the LCD readings on the inside to ensure they are clear for you to read. The rangefinder has three settings. You can use it for continuous scan, golf mode and there is also a seed detection mode with measures in km/h. The distance can be measured in yards or meters. It can measure up to 500 yards. It takes 2 AAA batteries. I like that hit has an auto shut off after 10 seconds of nonuse. This is defiantly a good item to have for golf and I also think that it would be beneficial to a hunter as well. Overall, this is a great item to have on hand when golfing. It functions well and seems to be easy to use. It is lightweight and can be held with one hand easily. The case is very practical and nothing special. I would recommend this item for the novice golfer. I am happy with this three functional Rangefinder.

As soon as I got this out of the box and began to inspect it and get used to the look and feel, I attempted to take off the battery compartment and either the tightness of the compartment or the cold made the clip snap and now I think I'll need a little bit of tape to hold the cover in place. Getting into the rangefinder itself, it's lightweight and easy to hold and utilize. I like the sleek color and having the string that came with it so you can easily attach it to your gold bag or to a push cart or something similar. I am impressed by the distance and yardage I'm able to find with this rangefinder and I like that it gives me a more clear picture of what's in front of me as I approach the green. I'm still getting used to all the capabilities so I'm excited to see how well it works for different types of courses, especially those with more water and bunkers.

I use a range finder for hunting a lot. While this is definitely clunkier than my much more expensive nikon it is just as accurate out to 200 yards. I have not used further, nor do I have info on battery life. But if you need a budget range finder that is accurate look no further.

My first experience using a Golf Range finder and this Mulligan is amazing. Calculating distances on the golf course can be a bit hit and miss – but not with a rangefinder. These compact, portable devices offer both ease of use and unbeatable accuracy. I really enjoyed the ability to measure in feet for faster reference and only a single button is required to operate. This has a scan mode for quick and accurate readings, it's so fast and I can use it over my glasses which I love. It's lightweight and easy to carry and so easy to use I was completely surprised. The reading range is very accurate, and it's easy to lock the flag.  The slope function is great. Overall a good product. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great rangefinder at a reasonable price. It does exactly the same thing as the expensive brands. It has a little pouch to protect it and a strap to put on your wrist included in the box. It's pretty durable considering I did drop it and nothing happened. This device uses two AAA batteries, no screwdriver needed to install either so you can put batteries in on the fly.
