Athletic Works Hot and Cold Foot Massage Roller

Definitely helps with the pain I have in my feet after a long day of walking and running errands. Also have chronic health/pain issues and so there are days when I'm still feeling yesterday or my pain is up for no reason and this does still help ease pain if there's any in my feet

My wife has developed Plantar Fasciitis and needed relief. She started using this foot massager and felt better the very first day. She still uses it daily and is continually getting better and better each day.

the plantar faciitis flared up and this device has been amazing at reducing the pain. I haven't even heated it up or froze it yet and it works well! Gave me relief for about 2 hours, which is more than the pain relievers did!

Does exactly what it says it does. I have heel pain and got this to remedy it. I haven't used it hot or cold so can't comment on how it lasts that way, but as a general foot roller works perfect.

This is a great little roller. Hot or cold too. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis shockwaves me up sometimes. So I use it for a few minutes on each foot. Do it slow, though. It can get uncomfortable. I haven't tried the hot/cold yet.

It's comfortable to roll under my feet- exactly what I hoped for. I haven't tried using it hot or cold yet but just by itself it's great.

doesnt stay cold very long. Cheap plastic like wverything.
