Athletic Works Men's and Big Men's Core Active Tee with Short Sleeves, Sizes XS-4XLT

The first time in 72 years that I didn't have to wash a new shirt before I could wear it. The material feels wonderful! I'm allergic to sizing and when I was young I would break out in ted spots and itch and sweat. It was awful! But when I felt this shirt I decided to try it w/o washing it.. No problem!

I buy these for my 92 year-old dad. He absolutely loves these shirts and says they are very comfortable and the material is just the right weight/thickness. These shirts are well sewn and look great. These wash and dry perfectly with no shrinkage and the color holds fast without fading. I appreciate the great range of colors so his wardrobe doesn't get boring! This patterned shirt "Techno Texture" is really awesome!

Fits very well. Stomach area loose, sleeves tight. I went down a size to be a little tighter on the arms and it didn't make the mid section "hug" me . The material is great. Keeps you cool and DRY which is great. Dries quickly even as you sweat. I bought one to get a feel for the size and now I will be ordering more. Great shirt!

The fabric is thin. The fit and color are fine. I like the length. Put together well. I gave it four stars because I am not sure my system handles the 100% recycled polyester material. I kept them and will wear them. They are priced right for the quality. I hope this helps in your decision making.

I bought a few of these Athletic Works Core Active Tees because the price is honestly hard to beat, and I needed some basic shirts for working out and doing yard work. After wearing and washing them a few times, they are firmly "just okay." The Good: Affordable: You can buy three of these for the price of one name-brand athletic shirt. Lightweight: The 100% polyester fabric is very light and feels soft against the skin, not rough or scratchy. Sizing is generous: As a bigger guy, I appreciate that the fit isn't an "athletic slim cut." It has plenty of room in the shoulders and chest without feeling like a literal tent, and it runs pretty true to size. Quick drying: It handles a basic wash and low-heat dry cycle without shrinking at all, and it dries incredibly fast on the hanger. The Not-So-Good: Average moisture-wicking: While it's advertised as a dry-fit performance shirt, the moisture-wicking is just decent. If you are doing heavy cardio or sweating a lot, the fabric starts to feel a bit saturated and clings to your stomach. Durability is questionable: The stitching around the hem is a little loose, and I've already noticed a few minor snags in the polyester mesh after it caught on a velcro gym bag. Holds onto odors: Like a lot of cheap polyester shirts, this one tends to trap sweat smells. Even after a wash, if you sweat in it again, that old gym odor wakes right back up.

For the life of my I don't know why businesses make shirts shorter. I've got a small collection of these and all of the newer shirts are much shorter than the older ones. Figured I'd go for a 2x to see if that'll fix it... nope.

1. Nice color 2. Great fitting 3. Great price 4. Unfortunately, it’s made of polyester threads that would starts ripping in couple of wears. Not sure why manufacturer wasted so much of man-hours when fabric couldn’t handle a normal wear. 4. Forget about its use in sports, it will damage before you will finish the half time.

I love the way these shirts fit and have purchased most colors and duplicates as they are a great price, but they snag (as shown in my photo), in numerous places. It happens even just in the wash (and we have a brand-new washer), no matter how careful you are with them. I have now moved on to two other versions which is are more money and hopefully these won't do the same thing. It's too bad because overall I do really like them but for me, I have been lucky to wear one 10 times before going in the garbage.

The shirt was the shiny type feeling material. I thought it was going to be a cotton T-shirt, but I was horribly mistaken. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
