Couldn't beat this shirt for the price. It's soft enough yet sturdy and I loved the colors I purchased. It's truly just a good quality tshirt. I'm 5'9” and 170lbs and went with medium shirts. They fit well enough if size up if you want an oversized fit.

I picked up this Athletic Works Cotton Active Tee because I wanted an inexpensive shirt that could be worn for workouts, yard work, and everyday errands. After wearing it several times and washing it multiple times, I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it has held up. The first thing I noticed was how soft the fabric feels. The cotton is lightweight without feeling flimsy, and it stays comfortable even during warmer weather. The moisture-wicking feature also seems to help keep me from feeling as sweaty as a standard cotton T-shirt during walks or light exercise. The fit is relaxed but not overly baggy. It gives enough room to move comfortably while still looking neat. I also appreciate that Walmart offers such a wide range of sizes, including tall options, because it makes finding the right fit much easier. After washing, I didn't notice significant shrinking or twisting in the seams, which is something I often expect from shirts at this price point. The collar has maintained its shape, and the color hasn't faded after several trips through the washer and dryer. For under $6, the value is hard to beat. 3XL - not my usual size as I purposefully needed a very large tshirt. So I'm not sure if it's actually true to size or not. Brilliant red color is definitely bright red as pictured. Soft cotton material is comfortable. Excellent $5 price for a plain tshirt like this.

This black T-shirt is a great everyday basic! The material feels comfortable, the fit is flattering, and the quality is better than expected. I love the simple black color because it goes with just about anything. Easy to dress up or down and perfect for everyday wear!

Larger than I thought it would be but its great as a sleep shirt over shorts or bathing suit cover up. Smaller size would have still been large enough. The color is fluorescent orange. I think this and the yellow are more for construction workers for safety but they are still nice and comfy.

Although I can't blame the manufacture, the product came in wrinkled (heavily wrinkled) . Colors, not as vivid as I would have expected. Seem to fit as advertised haven't yet washed enough to give answer on how the colors hold up. Price was very reasonable.

This t-shirt isn't as bright as I was concerned. I do like that the color is lighter and softer than I was worried that it would be when it arrived. The 4X is actually a bit smaller than other 4X t-shirts that I have from other brands. It's about the same size as a 3X in other brands that I ordered when I ordered this 1. For me, the size is not the biggest issue. This t-shirt is far from soft. I am hoping that a few washes with a liquid fabric softener will make it soft enough to wear to bed. I did intentionally buy it to specifically wear it to bed. Other than the fact that this shirt is smaller and rougher than I had hoped, this shirt is thin, and virtually see-through. If I am able to wear it to bed, I will have to keep a robe, cardigan, or bed jacket next to my bed to be able to put on as I'm walking out of my bedroom, especially if I need to answer the door, or I have company. The fact that this shirt is thin and basically see-through is an issue for me because I am female. If you are a light skinned male, this shirt may not be see-through on you. If you're looking for an inexpensive t-shirt to wear to do chores, work around the house, do yard work, or something else that will potentially stain your shirt, then this 1 will meet your needs if you get it at the clearance price like I did. If you're looking for a t-shirt for regular activities or days, you may want to skip it. Ftr, I ordered a light, bright almost neon yellow. (My star rating system: 4 stars met my expectations, 5 stars exceeded my expectations, 3 stars fell short of my expectations, 2 stars significantly fell short of my expectations, 1 star highly suggest not ordering)
