This is even better than what is used at physical therapy and I love it! Absolutely recommend it for anyone doing continuing therapy at home. Also, I ordered my first one from Amazon because I didn't know I could get it here. After not getting it for 10 days I found this one. Had it in 2 days. Great!

After knee surgery I was using a rolling pin. I upgraded to this and it is an improvement. It's lightweight, nice foam hand grips and smooth rolling

It is a good price. it helps with the sore muscles in legs. wish it was studded as well.

Sturdy product that is great for massaging muscles that are sore or tight. Had a bad calf muscle sprain that I use this for daily. I like that it one unit that wont easily come apart like some of the other massage sticks. Squishy handles are nice for hands (mine are sore all the time and these handles don't irritate my hands). Rollers move individually so you can massage smaller parts of the muscles. The rollers are grooved, to mention. No opinion on that specifically.

It's better than nothing and good if you can't afford a nicer one. The rollers are plastic, so they are not going to be as comfortable as the ones that are coated with foam. Invest in a nicer one if you can afford it. It's definitely better than nothing. I've had mine for a few months and use it on a regular basis, and it has made a difference.
