I absolutely love this. I have been wanting one for so long and I finally decided to do it and I can't believe I waited this long. It was basically assembled as soon as you took it out of the box. The only thing you had to put together was put the step tracker/calorie tracker onto the base. It was not super difficult, but also did take a little bit of time to make sure it's on there correctly without falling off. obviously with any exercise equipment you wanna do it with clothes to shoes on because of the slight tilt on this he definitely cannot do it without shoes ha ha Detention is adjustable so that's pretty great. I've made everybody in the house try it out because I'm so happy about it.
I like this step exerciser. It's light weight so I can easily move it to where I need it and not have to worry about hurting myself moving it. I also like that you can adjust the height of how high you want to go to step during exercise. Some people can't lift their legs too high. The last stair stepper I had, I had a little trouble using it because of the weight of stepping up. Needless to say I didn't use it much.
This machine works great. it's a little bit tricky at first figuring out the bottom tensioner thing, but once it's done, it is easy to use. the only bad part is that the four plastic pieces that the machine rests on come off easily, but they can be put back on. .. I would recommend this to anybody trying to strengthen their legs. I was hopeless after a torn meniscus in my knee area, this machine helped me to get back up to normal activity again. I use it everyday and I went from limping to walking normal… It was a great purchase..
Really happy with the overall quality of this product. It was pretty much out of the box and ready to use. Checked around on price Walmart had by far the best price. Would highly recommend!
Perfect for a small home. way better than I expected it to be. packs a big punch in a small machine and is low impact. Not a purchase I regret at all.
This is perfect product for my mother that has arthritus and fluid build up. It is easy for her to sit and use to improve her circulation.
Ease of putting it together. The workouts are great and I love having the ability to change the tensions of the workouts with such ease
Great for just getting some movement in. Step while watching TV. Small enough to slide under the bed. Kids love randomly jumping on it to use. Only downside is it can squeak if it's not lubricated well.
Terrible compared to the old version! The twist hurts my knees badly, and I am not overweight or out of shape! I loved the previous non-twist version and have had 2 of them for my home office standing desk, using them for 2-3 hours a day. Cheaper and easier to store than a treadmill thingy! However, this is going back! Hopefully, I can find another good, normal stepper that will last a few years, given how much I use these and how much I love them. Avoid this one! Also, it's super annoying to put together, and it's so hard to set the step height! Definitely not worth this crazy high price!
I bought this on June 20th, 2026 and after two weeks and a half, it's already broken. One of the bolts came loose. This is very disappointing as it was very easy to use and I felt like I was getting a great workout in. For $80 dollars, this machine is not worth buying. Had it been $20-$30 dollars, I would have understood but this is ridiculous. I could have gotten a gym membership for less and made use of more equipment there. I bought this because I wanted something more convenient so I didn't have to go to the gym but now my money has gone down the drain with this purchase
