perfect for the price
For the price this is a 10/10 product. But it has it's limitations being 4inch or so. It should work for 90% of gym goers. Size is on the smallish side.

Athletic Works Weight Lifting Belt
I hurt my back in early December and struggled with even light weight training. I had never used a lifting belt before but now it's a must have in my gym bag. The build quality is great for the price. It was the most comfortable lifting belt compared to others I tried at the store.

A necessity to protect your back from injury
Unexpected use for this. Due to its exceptional sturdiness, my family has been using this to maintain proper back alignment when moving or lifting boxes and furniture. No problems or complaints, only gratitude.

Perfect size and quality weight lifting bag
Great weight lifting belt. Adjusts perfectly to my body (male, 5'11''). It's also light weight and not bulky to keep it inside a gym bag. Best cost/benefit ive found so far.

Feels great.
This is a very good product and makes you feel very secure while it is one. It is comfortable and can be adjusted to any tightness easily and securely. I feel like I missed a lot of my lifting routine by not being able to do what I can do now; with the belt.

It's a true size Medium not S/M. it would fit you too big if you need a small. Ok support for the price.
