For the price this is a 10/10 product. But it has it's limitations being 4inch or so. It should work for 90% of gym goers. Size is on the smallish side.

I hurt my back in early December and struggled with even light weight training. I had never used a lifting belt before but now it's a must have in my gym bag. The build quality is great for the price. It was the most comfortable lifting belt compared to others I tried at the store.

Unexpected use for this. Due to its exceptional sturdiness, my family has been using this to maintain proper back alignment when moving or lifting boxes and furniture. No problems or complaints, only gratitude.

Great weight lifting belt. Adjusts perfectly to my body (male, 5'11''). It's also light weight and not bulky to keep it inside a gym bag. Best cost/benefit ive found so far.

I got this for a male family member who works out at the gym and runs regularly to keep himself in shape. He says that this belt helps to keep his back straight and supported when he`s lifting weights so it reduces the risk of back injury and strains, also helps with his posture when he jogs. He really likes it. I can see that its well constructed and durable. Thick nylon belt with a good strong loop buckle closure and Velcro. Its may not be the widest weight-lifting belt but its wide enough to work well for him.

It's a true size Medium not S/M. it would fit you too big if you need a small. Ok support for the price.
