Athletic Works Women's and Women's Plus Fleece Sweatshirt with Long Sleeves, Sizes XS-4X

I had already looked at several other department stores for this particular item and it was not available. I didn't expect to find this item at Walmart but decided to look and found exactly the color and material quality I wanted. After purchasing the item I looked for additional pieces to complete my outfit land was able to find it online. Upon ordering the merchandise on line I was surprised at the fast delivery service I received. I am a bigger Walmart fan now.

Love these sweatshirts. They are so soft and wash up great. I don't even want to admit how much I've spent over the years but Walmart is definitely my go to!

I rarely bother to review an item as mundane as a sweatshirt. For the past several years, I have purchased my yearly stock of Hanes sweatshirts in the fall, knowing that before winter is done, the shirts will have lost their tone and will have pilled greatly. I rarely go into stores anymore but happened to be in my local Walmart and looked for the old blah Hanes shirts. Much to my surprise and delight, Athletic Works are now the stock item for ladies sweatshirts. I was immediately taken with the great fabric quality, the overall weight and heft of the fabric that tells me these shirts will be WARM. I hand wash all my clothe and line dry them in the bathroom, so machine washing and heat drying has never been the cause of the significant pilling. This fabric seems like it will not pill nearly so heavily, though that will only be proven with time. I am truly pleased to have found a clothing item at Walmart that seems to be off very good quality and at a good price. They are true to size for me.

Great quality fabric with cotton. Nice warm and good thickness. Perfect length with joggers. These are not tunic length so if you want it to cover the booty with leggings, I would size up one. Size small (I'm 4ft 11" around 11lbs) was perfectly oversized for me with the drop shoulders which I love so it's not tight under the armpits. I love this and will order in more colors! I wish all of these colors had matching joggers though. Only some have matching pants.

I've purchased several Athletic Works brand sweatshirts and recommend them. Colors and fabric are nice, wash/dry in machine without shrinking, fading or fraying. Seams are nice %26 even. Soft, nit to think or think fabric. Length of shirt body %26 sleeves seem perfect for the 2 sizes I purchased (S/M).

This sweatshirt is great quality. Nice thick material that feels much more expensive than the price tag. The color is a soft green that looks modern and stylish. However, the shirt had an odd fit on me. The shoulders were large and fit more like a men's sweatshirt. For that reason it's not going to work for me. However, if you have broader shoulders this might be a win for you!

I wear an XS and this sweatshirt is NOT XS--the shoulder's droop and it is huge around the middle. I kept the sweatshirt because I needed something warm -- but the sizing is off. I won't buy again mainly because very few clothing items at Walmart have XXS or XS.

Doesn't fit or feel like the Athletic Works sweatshirt I bought last season. The cut at the sleeve area is boxy %26 large, and makes for an uncomfortable fit. I feel like a linebacker in it. The material isn't as soft and pliable as last season either. I ended up ordered a smaller size as a replacement and am hoping that helps in the shoulder area.

I'll start with positive. The color is pretty. Now about the size. I wear lady size 12, 5'4" tall. I mostly buy men's sweatshirt. They fit me better. Even though I'm kinda short, I like body and sleeve length. Also, the neck opening is smaller on men's sweatshirt. This sweatshirt, I ordered XL. When I took it out of the package, I knew it wouldn't fit. It's short length, boxy shape. Head opening is large, which means it won't fit up to my neck. It will allow cold air down my back. Sure enough, the sleeves are short on me. I'm sure this sweatshirt would fit someone that's 5' and under. As for me, I'm staying with men's sweatshirts. I know I won't have pastel colors to pick from, but I'm OK with that.

The sweatshirt runs way too large the fit is extremely bulky and the fit is very boxy. The trim on the sleeves is too loose and the sleeves are too short. The trim on the bottom of the sweatshirt is too loose and that is what makes it look boxy. Unless you want a big boxy look I wouldn't recommend this sweatshirt.
