helpful and informative to health and fitness
I love this DVD. motivational and challenging exercises in all areas of stretching. good for any sport or just overall health.

Perfect!
This DVD is structured perfectly. You can choose where to start and it stops after each segment. In addition, you can create your own workout by selecting from the Main Menu. It is sequenced thoroughly to prepare you for each exercise and the following segment. It greatly improves flexibility. You don't have to do the entire DVD to feel results but if you have the time, it is worth it.

A bit more than flexibility
This DVD was well cued, but it was more difficult than I thought it would be. By flexibility, I thought it would be mainly stretches, but this DVD could make you sweat. I felt it should have been labeled as strengthening/ flexibility vs. just flexibility. I work out regularly with various yoga DVDs and am 54. Perhaps for someone younger, this DVD would be a breeze.
