I've been using the Athope office chair for a few weeks, and I'm really impressed for the price. The breathable mesh back keeps me cool even during long hours at my desk, and the lumbar support genuinely helps maintain a better posture throughout the day. The adjustable height and smooth 360° swivel make it easy to find a comfortable setup, and the flip-up armrests are a nice space-saving touch. Assembly was straightforward and quick, and the chair feels sturdy for everyday use. It also rolls smoothly on carpet and hard floors. For home office work, gaming, or study sessions, this chair offers excellent comfort without breaking the bank. Overall, this chair delivers solid ergonomics and comfort at a great price — highly recommended if you want a reliable chair that doesn't cost a fortune.
This chair arrived way faster than I thought. It's in a decent shape and fair weight. The installation instruction was clear and no difficulty to assemble at all. Fair for it's price.
This chair is very nice it does take a little bit to put together and you have to pay attention to the instructions to get it put together correctly but I'm a woman and I did it so I'm sure most all people can. I got this for my husband he's almost 300 pounds and it fits him perfectly. It's a comfortable chair. It's sturdy and the swivel works very well on it. The height raises up and down easily and I like how the arms lifted up.
This chair is so comfortable. You can raise the arms and adjust the height . It feels so good on my back. With all of that it looks and feels good too. I'm sitting on it as I write this review. It offers everything I look for in a desk chair but doesn't cost as much as some chairs that aren't anywhere as nice as this. It's wide enough but not too wide. Firm enough but not hard. The wheels are nice too. I really like this chair.
The chair is easy to sit in for extended periods. It rolls very easily. The arms can be lifted and lowered with very little effort. Could not ASK for more!!!
Overall I'm pretty satisfied. Here's my opinion... Pros: Sturdy and solid feel. Nice leather look. Easy assembly - just follow the one page instructions. Took this 65 yr old lady (LOL) about 40 minutes by myself. Comfortable to sit in with good lumbar support and it rolls smoothly on my chair pad. Decent price on sale - I paid $80 sale price. Cons: The back of the chair doesn't come nearly as high as it says. The top of the back comes below my shoulders. (I'm 5'10") Total back height from seat to top of the back is 21". The arm rests get in the way when typing on my computer. The arm rests are high so it doesn't allow me to type comfortably so I end up flipping the arm rests up to get them out of my way. Chair is more narrow than it says and not really oversized like it says. Seat is 18" across and the distance between the arm rests is 19". I'm ok with the purchase (because I'm not disassembling it and sending it back LOL!) It's comfortable and a good chair overall!
It is a basic, but functional chair. It is not fully adjustable. You can adjust the height, and adjust the tension for the chair back tilt, or lock it forward. And it swivels. What is there seems sturdy enough, I had to retighten all the screws after a week, or so. Assembly is not that challenging, if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. The width seems a bit narrow, but overall it seems sturdy, and rolls well on the casters.
I like the ability to swing the arms up out of the way, since I use this chair in my music room and play guitar and also work on guitars too. I wish the bottom seat had just a little more padding as it's quite firm (and no I don't weigh 400 lbs.). An inch more of padding really wouldn't cost that much. But for the price it serves its purpose.
Not a b le to sit, leans forward. Had to totally disassemble to ship back, once you put the seat on base does not disassemble, making it extremely difficult to send back in 1 box.
Why the holder push back button doesn't work?
