Robert atkins forever
I have been doing atkins diet since 2003 and I have manage to maintain my weight for so many years doing just Atkins, just remember Robert Atkins was a very good cardiologist. Nothing I eat from atkins products raised my sugar levels and trust me I buy everything from them you name it. I check my sugar levels every other day but I do check if I'm in ketosis with ketones strips every single day. Low carb diet has helped so many people lose weight. Don't be afraid to eat the frozen dinners neither the snacks , drinks etc because they absolutely will NOT slow down your weight goals. This is my own opinion and I wasn't paid for doing this review at all.

HIDDEN CARBS!!!
On the one hand tastes GREAT!!! But am doing Keto Diet for weight loss so must restrict carb intake but their use of Maltitol as "artificial sweetener" does raise blood sugar and is "hidden carb." Be warned.

I was checking on the ingredients, and it doesnt show it. Its the nutrient count and all that ?? What are the ingredients ??
