Atkins Creamy Vanilla PLUS Protein Shake, High Protein, Low Carb, Low Sugar, Keto Friendly, 4 Count

These taste amazing (like a vanilla shake), and that is coming from someone who is fairly picky. I love the 30 grams of protein and the low calories and carbs. I know I am making an excellent choice for a snack, meal, or post-workout treat.

Just for starters, I am SUPER picky about vanilla shakes and haven't found one that I will buy regularly. UNTIL NOW! In my quest to add more fiber to my diet and a) having food aversion issues at this time, b) due to VSG surgery, I find it difficult to eat the volume of food required to meet daily fiber needs. Finding a high protein shake that has a nice fiber offer was rather exciting. I'm not a chocolate fan, but being a vanilla fan, I ordered a 4 pack of the Vanilla Atkins Plus Shakes and tossed them in my fridge. Smooth, creamy, no chalky texture or residue, and a really nice vanilla flavor. I put myself on subscribe right away, as I want to make sure to be able to have one of these daily.

I like that it's less fat than reg atkins and twice the protein. The vanilla taste is way too fake.I added instant coffee and fixed the flavor 😋 overall. I say it's overpriced and due to the current keto craze...most weight loss products are!!!

First time I tried Atkins. I like to put mine over ice. I probably will purchase again.

I liked this very much. Some meal replacements have been horrid. This was like liquid vanilla pudding. No chalk, no weird artificial vanilla, no bad aftertaste. Smooth and creamy. Not too sweet like many artificially sweetened products can be. At first I thought it had real sugar in it. Halfway through I did notice. But that's impressive for me. A few grains of salt helps if it bothers you. I didn't mind at all. A welcome surprise!

I'm a chocolate-face, but bought this Creamy Vanilla for my wife. Her favorite (so far) is Premier 'Peaches and Cream,' so I can't give this flavor a true star number. However, on this product (and Premier 'Peaches and Cream] as well, the volume (6 oz/container) is small compared to Atkins 16.9 oz/container for almost comparable protein.
