my favorite
I've been trying to lose weight so I bought some frozen meals to help out. These are my favorite so far. trying to do the low carb is really hard but these are very tasty so it makes it easier. Most frozen meals I have to add a lot of salt because the taste is very Bland. But these are well seasoned and well portioned

Atkins products and prices.
Atkins products are low carb and taste great. But Atkins needs to lower their prices on most everything they have.

Really good
the meal was really good except it had no carrots in it. It had broccoli and chicken, which were both visible, but I was able to find one small piece of spinach, no carrots, and no cauliflower. I didn't need to add any seasonings. I will purchase again and maybe add carrots myself.

OK, but high sodium and chewy chicken
While the taste of this product was OK, the chicken was very chewy, and, at 920 mg, the sodium level is unnecessarily high.

Odd unpleasant taste. Perhaps it is the wine ingredient? It should have never been added. Doesn't taste like grandma's. Too high in sodium at 920.
