These are the ONLY protein bars I will eat--from ANY brand! Besides having high protein %26 fiber in addition to low sugar %26 carbs, I love the crunch %26 chew of the nuts %26 granola together with the creaminess and flavor of peanut butter. (These bars complement a banana, apple, or vanilla yogurt--a breakfast and/or lunch combo that helped me lose 50lbs!) I often take a bar with me when I leave the house for a long period, and I am always full %26 energized after eating one.
these are one of my favorites nice crunch peanut butter chocolatey I will usually have a half of one of these with a cup of coffee before I work out in the morning or maybe have one on the go for a lunch that I'm running on instead of sitting down to have a lunch very satisfying good source of protein a little high in fat so you don't want to eat too many of them throughout the week which is why I usually do a half of one before workout
New packaging makes for a much better bar. Don’t know what they did but they have a more strawberry flavor. Only four bars to the box now the price was adjusted for that that. Same size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bars are very good, the taste fits my taste buds, there is enough protein in them they fill me up where I am not hungry, the only problem is I eat them all the time so I run out of the product. I would definitely recommend them.
I totally highly recommend these bars. I eat a lot of different Atkins protein bars, but this is by far my favorite. I liked it so much I gave away most of the box except for the two that I kept for myself. So I'm now on here ordering another two boxes. Definitely order two when your order them!
I already liked the Atkins Chocolate Nut Roll snack bars, but the protein content isn't ~fabulous.~ I decided to try these out because I LOVE pretzel and chocolate. They are AMAZING! Usually higher-protein bars are sandy, dry, and barely taste of anything, but these Atkins food scientists are on the BALL! They're ***very*** slightly drier than regular granola bars, but have you seen how many calories are in granola bars??? They're loaded with fat and sugar, so, DUH, they're a little more moist. I don't miss it though. In fact, it feels a lot lighter than eating a granola bar. They're incredibly tasty %26 they've helped me get through my middle-of-the-night chocolate/sweets fix. It really doesn't feel like you're eating a protein bar! My only issue (which I won't take off a star for this bc it's not like the bars aren't good or good quality) is... They're kind of expensive 🫤 I mean, I'd *like* to eat a couple of these a day, but if I did? That would add up to... **doing math** ~$110/month... I mean, that's really not AWFUL, but when it's $110/month on ONLY these?? 😄 Actually, I'm really trying to justify that lol. OH! And, unlike some protein bars, if your lower GI is a bit.... Sluggish? Slow-to-move? These are fabulous! No, you won't be rushing to the bathroom or anything, but you'll begin to feel more "normal." However, the most likely reason for this is twofold: (1) The sugar alcohols in any low-sugar snack/bar/etc. These are undigestible, so they will move through you quickly (if your lower GI is TOO fast, I'd ask your doctor first) Some people cannot tolerate sugar alcohols, but you'd already know that by now (2) These bars are loaded with fiber. Combining the bulking of soluble and insoluble fibers as well as sugar alcohols? You'll be feeling fuller and more "regular" 🙂 They're at least worth a try, but I love them!
I love the taste of these protein bars, but they are a little too expensive for me!!! I Which i was able to buy more of them, I'm only able to buy one box of them a month !!!! they very good for a fast meal or a snack, but I tried to stretch them out as far as I can!! Very good taste to them!!!
Very expensive for only 4 in the box and they are much smaller than they were in the past. They are fair to OK for something to tuck in your purse for a take along snack but on a regular basis no they are just not worth the dollars. They arrived quite squished in a large box with heavy stuff on top of them and they are pretty stale. Unless I can find a good sale probably would not buy them again.
Do not buy this flavor! I usually love all things Atkins but this bar tastes like you threw up in your mouth, then ate it again. I gagged with the first chew. Please, I beg you, trust me! Only buy these if you want to give one as a prank to your worst enemy!
Atkins Bars still disappoint. Still soft and funky chemical taste. Reading the ingredients I see there are ZERO REAL ingredients..it's all chemical components in the shape of a snack bar. I seriously suggest throwing these in the garbage, don't trust Atkins ever again. Even when Dr Robert Atkins was alive his shakes and bars still sucked.. It's chemicals chemicals and more strange chemicals and nasty soybeans for protein. Oikios Shakes are far better than the garbage Atkins Company sells. Seriously folks it's all garbage.
