Atkins Protein Shake 15g Protein, Vanilla, Keto Friendly, 3/4 Count

I've tried many different brands of protein shakes. Whether powder you mix or premade as these come, organic, vegan only, Atkins to me has the best taste. I buy these shakes because they are premade, I know the amount of everything per shake and use them to get protein in my diet when I make my smoothies. I'm not on the Atkins life style, or low carb diet, I'm just trying to eat healthier, and be more conciencous about what is going in my body. I do limit my sugar and sodium intake as much as possible, and for a sugar alternative taste I prefer Atkins. The consistency is good, the portion and flavors are great, they are fast easy and whether I'm making a smoothie and using 1/4 of a shake or headed out the door for a busy cardio day and know I need some protein Atkins doesn't have that frothiness, medicine, artificial flavor taste to me. I enjoy their whole line of products. So in my opion and we all have them Atkins hits all the checks on my list and taste great no matter what flavor you like or prefer.

Nice to drink on its own. Good mixed into iced coffee. Use as milk to make protein pudding. Creamy flavor. Nice price point. Helps me get my protein in each day.

I really love these Atkins protein shakes, Vanilla is my favorite. As I am on a healthier me diet plan. I use this drink as a morning replacement mixed with chia, flax and hemp seeds, when i wake up hungry. Or when I have to rush out in the morning. It takes great and with very low sugar. It sometimes takes the place of my having a mid afternoon snack.

Over the years I have tried alot of different brand and flavors of protein drinks. Atkins is my favorite, by far, both the vanilla and the iced coffee flavors.

I love these shakes! The vanilla flavoring is surprisingly good. The nutrients I receive is very helpful to my health. I am grateful for this product!

I never got the item I got a substitute. There's only one Atkins the others do not taste like it. Maybe next time they'll have Atkins. Thank you very much.

decent taste, I ordered the vanilla by pure mistake as I'm a chocolate lover through and through, but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of creaminess and nice vanilla flavor, not fake tasting and terrible like most vanilla items in this type of products usually are. if you have a variety of flavors it makes it easier to drink these as substitutes for meals on a diet plan. Maybe Atkins will lead the way in this item and start offering a "variety pack" containing different flavors. this flavor was a pleasant surprise for sure!

I drink one of these shakes every morning & they have very low sugar! I love the vanilla shakes & they are a great protein source & very filling! I like mine cold, so I store them in the fridge. Sometimes I pour half of one in a blender with frozen fruit & yogurt for a quick & easy smoothie! Then save the other half of the shake for the next day, because they have twist off caps! Very fast shipping!

I want to be clear and fair. My husband wasn't drinking these for a diet trend. He was drinking them because he wasn't eating. He had almost no appetite, and he needed protein. His doctors and the hospital pushed high-protein, high-calorie nutrition shakes. He couldn't chew the cheaper bar products, and liquids were sometimes the only realistic option. That's why this hits so hard. About $9.00 for four shakes feels excessive when people don't have real choices. Atkins and other nutrition shake brands may offer protein and convenient nutrition, but the pricing across these products is frustrating when families are dealing with illness and limited options. Companies shouldn't make basic nutrition support this expensive. I can't recommend any of these products at this price.

These protein shakes have helped me drop 32 pounds in about three months along with V-8 juice which was a complete accident. I mix both with a lot of seltzer, which has no calories. Be careful these shakes if you're not used to lots of vitamins as that may lead to stomach upset of various forms.
