I have been collecting George Pal movies. He did some of the best sci fi movies in the 50s and 60s. this movie is great! perfect for any science fiction movie buff.

CITY OF ATLANTIS WAS IT REAL OR JUST A MYTH
If you're into campy mix of classic romance action and sci-fi flicks then here you go with this one... I first saw it when I was a kid and wanted to re-explore it but disappointed that it's only available on DVD and not 4K or Blu-ray like other classic George Pal movies... So I'd have to rate the picture quality as mediocre and sound below mediocre 👍⭐⭐⭐

Reliving an old memory
I remember seeing this movie as a child. At that time the movies were in there infancy for me this movie was thrilling and exciting and watching it again in my later years shows me just how far the movie makers have come WOW. It was nice reliving an old memory.. I don't believe kids today would fined this as interesting as I did years ago

You have to take this movie for what it is - a 1961 fantasy/mythical tale. You'll find some not-so-great acting and some scenes from Qua Vadis. Probably a middle of the road B film.

movie is cut bad. Does not play well keeps starting and stopping and jumping ahead.
