Good on a size 4 red octopus hook with a 3/8oz sinker slowly retrieving it back toward you or drifting it for salmon and steelhead. A 18â€-20†flourocarbon leader is PERFECT

Good with Size 4 Octopus or egg hook
Haven't had a chance to fish them yet, but I would have appreciated a hook size recommendation on the packaging or website somewhere. Thanks to the other reviewer for saying size 4 octopus hook, otherwise I would have been stuck with size 6 or 8 salmon egg hooks that would have been too small.
