Atomic Avenger 8' Hockey Table with LED Scoring and 120V Blowers for Exhilarating Play

This table is fast. We bought pro mallets and pro pucks. We do not use the type included. We spray heavy silicone on a rag and with the powerful fan on wipe the formica table top, puck, and mallet bottoms to increase speed and glide. I made a 3 piece plywood cover with supports that touch the table itself with 1 1/2" round and thick, felt pads every 1 foot or so to make it a table when not in use and to keep dirt and dust from plugging the holes. The metal edges are very responsive and better than vinyl covered wood on cheaper models, of which we have had 2. The score keeper works great but we turn off the speaker.

After lots of research and reviews on air hockey tables, I bought the Atomic Avenger!. I will say that I am a very picky consumer, and expect, quality goods even if I have to pay a little extra for them. Let me start by saying that this air hockey table is unbelievably strong and sturdy. This is coming from a construction worker that builds multi million dollar bridges, and also part takes in building houses on the side for fun. Not only is this air hockey table very strong, but it is also a breeze, to set up!!...there are 4 incredibly easy steps to fasten the legs and you don't even need a screw driver in your house to do so. They provide the wrench needed to fasten the bolts. I will say though this table is very heavy, so you will need 3-4 adults to get it to the location of set up, and to flip it upright once you have the legs on it. Now for the fun stuff!!..Once flipped over, the table is absolutely beautiful!!...The jet black table, and the aluminum edges are very sleek looking and classy!!..not to mention the shiny black outer boundary of the table that has a really great looking scoreboard that is very easy to use and have great sound effects!!...Now to the most important part!!..The performance of the actual table!!... The appearance literally stunned me, but for roughly $600, how well could it play? I would have been happy with just good for what I paid and the great look of the table, but instead I was once again blown away!!..the table which is 8 ft long, one foot longer than other tables in its class, is incredibly fast. Great, Great air flow, and with the heavier pucks than other tables out there. We never saw a puck leave the table. And that was from 2 grown men playing very aggressively!!!...As good as any arcade!!...Story has been long, but to sum it up shortly, BUY this table!!...you won't be sorry, and if you have enough room, you'll love the 8 ft total length at an incredible price.ENJOY!!

It has only been set up for a couple days but seems to be a good quality, sturdy table. Very nice looking but hard to hide scuffs from the paddles. Dust shows up quite nicely. Very sharp looking when clean.

Works and looks great Kids love it. Easy to assemble.

Very heavy and sturdy. Looks nice. Somewhat louder than I expected. The biggest issue which I think is very important is that it's very difficult to score. Not sure if it's the puck size or the goal opening being too small. I'm not an air hockey expert so unsure of the correct dimensions I just know that most of the goals are scored after you get tired from hitting it back and forth for 5 minutes.

We purchased the table the C5 adapter was missing which is part of the score board. I emailed the company with no response. I have called the 800 number it answers puts you on hold and after 1 minutes it's hangs up on you. I tried multiple times very disappointed in the customer service so far. Will keep trying to get that adapter!

The delivery people were horrible. The package was man handled starting with them getting it out of the truck, to them leaving it on the wet ground, leaning on the trash can. They would not put it on my porch or anywhere else I asked. The driver wanted money, for my request. I haven't opened the box to check for damages yet, will come back for another review. I'm scared to open the box, I'm so disappointed!

The air hockey table is nice, but the delivery was terrible. First, it was delivered a day early which would have been ok, but I would have liked to have been home. They left it in the middle of the driveway on a heavy crate. I almost ran over it. I was not able to lift the table or the crate. Also, I had to pay someone to take it away. Very POOR delivery.

Poorly made and damaged significantly prior to arriving. Then I had to help remove it from my house as they didn't send enough help. Kids never got it for Christmas so terrible experience
