Love this phone. When it rings, it's actually someone I want to talk to! Easy to connect, large backlit buttons, large screen, easy to use…. No complaints.

I bought this to replace a similar set that was damaged by exposure to strong sunlight. Even after melting part of the base, it continued working for a year! I had the first system for 8-9 years. It would have lasted longer except for the hot sunlight. I've always trusted AT%26T. I know they've brought many breakthroughs and quality products from their R%26D Labs. I wish the new set was compatible with the older version so I would not have to reenter the names and phone numbers stored on the older model. No biggie, this inconvenience was expected. I love that there are a number of ways to program the phonebook and populating the blocked numbers is a simply a push of a button. The first model was able to filter out dozens of unwanted numbers and robo calls. By the time it died I was receiving zero unwanted calls, I expect the newer model will be as effective. The installation couldn't be simpler, connect to your service provider and plug the base into an electrical outlet. One phone stores on the base and each of the other three have their own charging stand making it easy to locate the phones wherever needed. Reception id great, I'm hard of hearing and I don't need my hearing aids to understand what a caller is saying. I also like that I can link my cell phone with my AT%26T phone. I don't have to find my cell or raise the ringer volume. I am extremely happy with my new phone system and have recommended it to several people.

Had all the features I really wanted. Use the instant call blocker a lot.. The after the fact call blocker is simple to use. Useful even if you don't have a landline with the link to cell.. Easy to set up. Right number of handsets. Really cut down on spam/telemarketer calls after about 2 weeks.. only because telemarketers have so many different numbers. not a fault of the phone. My old phone was acting up, so happy to have the call blocking.

Phone is very easy to set up and great for blocking spam calls. Volume is great and battery stays charged.

The landline telephone that I had was more than a decade old. Consequently, it was time for a new landline telephone . The AT%26T landline looks quite sophisticated and intriguing

Set up was OK, liked size of base unit. Volume is terrible. Can barely hear with volume set at max. Most of the time I have to put on "speaker". Don't like doing this. Called AT%26T and they said "it is what it is". For this reason I would not recommend this phone.

I tried following the instructions and could never get them to work properly. I finally gave up and bought a different brand. They would probably be good for someone that is very tech savvy, but not for the occaisional laptop user.

I paid full price for an item ($*********) - I thought I was getting the best price, so I was ok. When we received the phone, there was a clearance price sticker of $29.99 - not happy - I called and was told I could return it and see if still in stock maybe try to purchase/find it for the sale price

I ended up ordering this same phone set 3 times. 2 times the packages were opened, then taped shut. I assume they were returned. The one that came that looked unopened had multiple problems and glitches. Such as: 1. Answering the phone and the ringer gets stuck even while talking with the caller, 2. When leaving a message, the message sometimes was slow and garbled. 3. Answering on the main receiver (on the machine), I would push the green phone button to answer a call and it would go straight to the answering machine. I ended up returning all 3 and ordering a different phone set off of Amazon.

The first phone I received was delivered to my home by fedex but was damaged. I called customer support they helped me reorder and but the new order was delivered from the store to the WRONG address AGAIN. I have attempted numerous times to resolve this issue, it continues to be a major problem.
