I love it! Exactly as advertised easy to transfer all my stuff from one iPhone to the new iPhone. Would definitely recommend. Definitely a good price.
The phone was ourchased on November 30, 2024 as a Christmas gift. Tried to return the unopened box on December 26, 2024 and was not able to return. We were not notified of the electronic return policy. Therefore, the phone could not be returned. Was very disappointed we were not notified of the return policy for iphones.
Do not order from Walmart and get it delivered home .. on trac did not deliver to my house and I lost 400$ and still on trac or Walmart will not take responsibility
I transferred all my info from my old phone into my new phone and I couldn't send, receive calls or texts. Everything stopped working and took it to AT%26T and they said that the SIM card is locked!!
DO NOT BUY ONLINE! Do yourself a favor and do not buy this online. The warehouse will not properly scan the item so on AT%26T's end it appears to be stolen so your AT%26T services will not work. I then put the SIM card in my previous iPhone and then it even kept my old iPhone from working until I could get it sorted out with AT%26T. The Walmart.com customer service reps tell you to go to your local Walmart and then your local Walmart employees will not get the phone working. They wanted me to ship the phone back and wait around on a refund. Thankfully, I was able to return it with the customer service desk since the electronics department was not helpful. It is not worth the risk and headache to purchase online.
I ordered this IPhone 12 and I had it delivered. I was so excited to get it today. I put the Sim card in and followed the carriers specific instructions. I paid for att prepaid service. I was ready to make my first call. I dialed the number and was met by an automated ATT message. Press 1 for English. Unfortunately there was an error in activation. Please return the phone to retailer where the phone was purchased so it can be properly activated. Walmart mailed me a $300 paperweight. I've spent all evening attempting to get Walmarts careless mistake fixed and I still don't have a working phone. How hard was it for the store to activate my phone before they mailed it!
I couldn't activate it and when i tried to return for a refund, they said they couldn't refund my money because the serial number on the box didn't match the serial number on the phone. Customer service at Walmart.com assured me four days ago I would have a shopping label emailed to me within 30 minutes of ending the call and would just have to ship it back to get a refund. This was a gift for my grandson and now he has no gift and I'm still out over $300. I am NOT happy.
These phones were shipped to me. They locked my my account up had no phone service for 16 hours. Spent 2 hours at At%26T getting my old phone to work. Now At%26t thinks these phones are stolen. Walmart this is the end of our business relationship I can not believe this nonsense. I want my money back
I specifically ordered an ATT phone because that is my carrier. Well the dumb jerks sent a locked phone so now what? I guess I am going to send it back!
This phone cause me to lose a lot of phone information. It was not registered and suspended my account . I've been without text and calls for 2 days . And run around because of this phone
