Bought it and took to AT%26T to transfer from my old iPhone SE prepaid phone. Took about 10 minutes to transfer. At$t put a sim from their store in it. They said they did that because only their store sims were in their system. It went really smooth
Hey, this phone is actually super nice!! I had an iPhone 11 Pro Max before this, I am not to big on having to have the newest phone %26 with AT%26T prepaid this makes it the best option! The iPhone 15 has a Type C charger so I'm glad I stuck w/ this iPhone 13! And you can get the newest iOS update!
I brought this phone as a back up phone. Activation, has been a pain. They activated it. Now they Interrupted the service and said I need to go where I bought it to have it reactivated. Makes no sense
The Walmart ATT prepaid phone is not compatible with ATT own issued prepaid SIM card. I swapped my SIM card, my prepaid account was suspended, then I inserted the Walmart ATT prepaid SIM, it doesn't work anymore. I was busy trying to visit ATT store and call the tech support. Finally, ATT store assistants told me to return the phone to Walmart.
Please, never buy a cell phone at Walmart. That was a big mistake. I had a phone number with ATT for 10 years, and the mess it turned out because of this phone I bought at Walmart, that I could not activate through my server, even though it was sold as an ATT phone. I couldn't sort this with ATT whatsoever, it was a nightmare. I ended up having to buy another phone and changing server, but had to change my number because it was not possible to recover it. All because I bought an I phone at Walmart. Steer clear of this chaos. The price is not worthy the hassle.
The phone itself is what I wanted. I received it and I was all excited. It shipped and arrived quickly, but then I go to activate it with my carrier and get a message from my carrier the dreaded point of purchase scan error! I should have paid attention to the one-star reviews mentioning this. It is an endless loop between Walmart and the carrier to try to get it to work. If someone from Walmart.com at a higher level could train employees to scan the phones correctly. I don't understand why this problem seems to be persistent with all the one-star reviews about it. It is an absolute nightmare to deal with!!
If I cud give 0 stars I wud!!! WALMART.COM is selling devices that you CANNOT EVEN ACTIVATE!!!! Put my SIM card in and not only did this device NOT work, it knocked out my PHONE SERVICE on my current device because the Walmart device was not scanned out properly before shipment making it flagged as STOLEN. Was told to take it to the Walmart STORE. They refused to help. Said there was NOTHING they cud do. Took it to my carrier. They got it temporarily activated but when it shut back off, it responded my service AGAIN! Leaving me without a device! AGAIN! Tried to return the device and the Walmart store wouldn't take it back. Said it didn't match the shipment info! THEN! Guess what else! WALMART.com won't issue a refund now without a 10 day process!!!! So I am out a LOT of money because of WALMART.COM And them not properly scanning out devices before shipping them to customers! I am so angry and upset at Walmart for treating their customers this way!!!! The carrier cud not help me at all. So now I have a phone that I cannot use and I am waiting for a refund or further instructions from Walmart.com. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! Do NOT purchase from Walmart.com!!!
The phone itself works great. I will not buy another phone from Walmart.com. The phone was locked at the time of purchase. Took it to AT%26T to have it activated because when the phone is "locked" it is considered stolen. It took 48 hours for this process to be completed. This also caused my phone number to be locked, so my old phone also would not work. Walmart customer service was no help whatsoever. SAVE TIME DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM WALMART.COM.
How do people put up with Apple ? I' m just not an " Apple person". I'd way rather put up with the quirks of Android , than deal with Apple's wacky world where Google is not right there. What ever you do, DO NOT sign up for autopay, so your $330 plus nightmare will end in a sock drawer in 30 days
because the phone was not activated and I had to go through a HASSLE of my phone network. horrible
