Love these phones! They were easy to set-up and they are easy to use. I really like the large numbers and digital screen, but the audio-visual features are my favorite. It speaks the caller's name so I don't have to go and look to see who it is. It also has red blinking lights for when the phone is ringing, (in case you have the volume off or trouble hearing), and for when the line is in use, so you know if someone else is on the phone. Ther are multiple volume and ring tone settings so that you can customize those items as well. The sound is clear and the phones and base unit are very pleasing to the eye. I have not used the voice message option, as I have voicemail already in place with my phone carrier, so I cannot comment on that. These phones also have Smart Call Blocker and call waiting, which I also do not utilize, but I'm sure they would be very valuable to other people.

The product received as expected. When I hooked up the telephone, it appears to be working well. Some of the instructions are little hard to understand or they don't appear to be working as written which I would have to say maybe just a little complicated for the average person with no technical background.

My brother is disabled and he needed the second phone that he could keep near him. The sound quality of the phone is good and easy for him to use. My brother is very happy with his new phone. Also, I was able to buy the phones at a good price.

I purchased this set for my handicapped sister. They work wel for her with the larger key pad. Thank you. Kim C

The smaller than a lot of other brands that's why I got them and they're better you can hear better everything

This brand is not as good as I remembered. Ok for landline needed for my WIFI. Thought it would be a major improvement over many years. I do like automated answering option. Caller Announcements are not that clear. Call blocker is a bit more complicated than expected…I would probably rate a 3.7 at best. A bit of static/definitely not 100% clear audio. Possibly my area or connection!? I was definitely a bit disappointed. The design is contemporary %26 sleek. A plus for that on my counter.

Being a senior citizen, my problem was installing it myself and having to enter all my information and filling the directory.

I'm still trying to get all the options and how to use them.

Used the talking for convenience for fam member, but why isnt speed dial not on This phone, att is really acting up these days, that had the best products compared to their competitors, which still has speed dial!why would u take off speed dial!!!!😒 ... other then that, I think you can guess our grade rating...yall need add back speed dial!!!!!
