My elderly neighbor needed a replacement phone until her family purchased a new one and this has worked out great. The ease of operating it has been the highlight. Her only complaint is that the ring tones were not as loud as she would prefer due to her hearing impairment but she was able to download one that worked .

unable to say how phone worked, had to return it not because of defective phone but because shipping dept failed to properly scan it out. i checked box it seems it was shipped out of indiana. but local store for me great service on the issue. saddly it also means i wont purchase phones from walmart.com only gave a one star as three differant subjects

Liked the size of the phone being smaller than the Samsung A12. Walmart doesn't sell a case for it since it's an ATT brand phone. Ordered a case from Amazon. Once I received the case, tried to set up the phone, will not read a SIM card. Not my old one that still works in the A12 and not the SIM card that came in it. Didn't keep the receipt since it was a cheap phone and took me a bit to order the case, so I guess, lesson learned. Go to the ATT store and get it activated before you leave. Junk!

dont ever pick up phones on curbside..i bought 6 phones at 3 different walmarts and not one of them worked..they scanned the barcode and not the imei and sim card..and i already mailed all the phones for gifts out of the country..and they dont have a walmart where i mailed them to..

The phone didn't work it said that the phone was activated and it messed up my Sims card had to return the phone and go to at%26t had to buy a new phone and Sim card will never buy a phone from Wal-Mart again

i can get only messages no phone calls. it says call at t for error from purchaser. How can you make a call to at%26t when it wont allow you to!! my other phone was broke being the reason of buying a new one i cant even use !!

Phone completely dead will not allow me to even swipe up or down and stopped charging unless I rig the cord to be pushed down for instance I have it tied to a burn spray can and it will charge

The phone doesnt activate at the register and it messes up your SIM card had to go to AT%26T and had to buy new phone new sim card and get a new number.
