It shouldn,t be this hard
Came dirty, torn and box end crushed. And the box ad been resealed. It took one hour to get the cords in place and get it to work. I had trouble accessing features and it e nded up in French. There ,s a code to undo that, but it didn,t work,so I called ATT. Don,t do that. The agent was rude, and scolded me for not putting the code in fast enough. It still didn,t work, so she had me do it by using the menu button. The manual doesn,t mention call waiting, so I,ll see how that works. The volume was too low but she wouldn't,t tell me what to press. I recorded the announcement, but it wasn,t too clear. When I get all the volumes right that may be fixable. I,ve been putting the directory in, so I haven,t,t had any phone calls. The phone looks very nice, but it,s light weight, and not that sturdy.

Don't waste your money
Had it less than 6 months and have already had to replace the batteries and it still won't work right. It also conveniently waits until after the 90 day return window to stop working. Absolutely ridiculous. And of course Walmart customer service is absolutely no help.
